I have been working with Forward Financing for almost 1 year now and each transaction I have had with them has been quick and easy. They have been very professional and I have been very pleased with the service and financing I have received from them. I worked with Tim F. this last time and it was a great experience.

forward financing is amazing they have helped me with equipment purchaces for my small bussiness for over a year now they are straight forward on your loan amount and payback amount no crazy hoop to jump through with paper work you get funed fast (next day ) I recommend to anybody looking for a bussiness loan to contact them . this company has helped me grow my company and I am forever grateful .

I took a loan from Forward Finacing at the start of 2020 to fund events at a big festival that happens in *** every year. COVID 19 caused the festival to cancel and my business was ordered to be shut down leaving me with no revenue with which to pay back the funding. Jeff has be very understanding of the situation and worked with me continuously to arrange and then rearrange the payment terms. I highly recommend Forward Financing and Jeff R.

Gabe and Mike are AWESOME! Loved dealing with Forward Financing! We had a few loans with them for our retail stores. They were easy to use with not a lot of paperwork and no hassle. Are these loans "expensive", yes. But when banks say no and you need merchandise, this loan was a lifesaver. We made far more on this merchandise than the interest on the loan and without Forward, it wouldn't have happened. Then during COVID, when we need help, they were there and sympathetic. I've used 8 different lenders in the past 4 years and they're at the top of the list. A+++

I have been working with FF for about 6 years now. I have continually gotten better rates and better service as the years have gone by. Of course there have been a few hiccups on my end in business such as hurricanes, covid 19 and everything else life throws at us but FF has always been flexible and worked with me through any rough spots. I would recommend FF for any funding needs and I will continue to do business with them. A special thanks to Bobby for always being prompt and going to bat for me and of course Ed *** for always helping sort things out during the rough spots.

I consider them a necessary Evil!This is our second go round with Forward Financing. We were satisfied with the package we finally got but not with the way the fee's were slipped in at the end.I was told a number we would have for "Cash in ***" but ended up not getting that number as they took fee's out of that number first. The other issue I have with *** is that they don't provide an Amortization Table, which drives my *** crazy, but instead call it a fee for providing funds. Not sure how we are going to show that on our books and they were no help in explaining it.At this point, I consider them a necessary evil we will rid ourselves of as quickly as we are able.

Stay away from this company! Even during a global pandemic that forced my business to close and now has dealt with looting from the protesters, this company is NOT willing to work with me. I offered the last of my savings to settle the account because I wont be able to return to work and may have to leave the state to move with family. I cannot afford childcare, so both children would have to come with me to work and one has a heart condition. In my area, cases has risen significantly since some businesses reopened and i do not want to risk exposing them to the virus. The "case manager" refused to work with me and now I will have to close the account and file for bankruptcy.

Forward Financing helped our business get the funding we needed without dealing with a hefty APR business loan. They contacted us during the COVID-19 pandemic to make payment arrangements which helped us tremendously while we had not income coming in to our restaurant. Toward the end of our term, our rep Drew reached out to extend another offer for additional funding with terms which reflect the relationship we are building with Forward Finance. We feel like Drew actually cares about what is in our best interest, and offers sound advice with options. Always breaking them down in pro/con terms. We have had other offers from many other lenders and direct funders, but we will stick with Drew!

We run small addiction medical clinic in ky needed loan to add staff. *** caught us off guard our patients needed us . We needed the revenue Ins carriers were slower than usual . We needed telemed equipment it was getting *** our cash was low I called our creditors a couple were despicable. . Forward Finance and *** Mc Award were amazing. They immediately were like our family. Our Grandmother. If she were still alive. They worked with us so the fear of closing our *** clinic was minimized. They still are helping us through our long recovery A couple of our other creditors are vultures. They had no guilt at all. They could care less about who or what we did. Give me money they said or else. What thieves and vultures The we have *** and Forward finance. Lovely lovely kind people. Our attorney At one point had paperwork ready for bankruptcy. In the papers were documents (we insisted) to resignup to pay . .Forward Finance Need I say more. . .

Failed to live up to their legal obligations after agreeing to them in a settlement. Our company had a dispute about their original interpretation of our contract, it settled two years ago in federal court with a stipulation that they remove the UCC-1 filling they had made. Our company paid them off as agreed in our settlement and they failed to do so. Forward Financing is clearly under the impression that legal agreements go only one way and cannot be trusted. There are much less expensive options out there for merchant financing, more than that they have a pattern of not living up to obligations. Their contracts stipulate that in the event of a business downturn they will re-negotiate terms, this is how they avoid what would otherwise be usury laws , they didn't do that then and even after signing an agreement with the company I now work for seem unmoved to uphold what they are legally required to do and in the interim bad mouthed us to another party.

Tried to make a settlement offer for my company and was refused but keep insisting on me providing bank statements which I feel is not needed for a settlement either agree on an offer or not, if i have money in the bank or not will not change the acceptance of my offer. I feel the company can do reasonable settlement offers without bank statements because they know the absorbent amount of fees they charge and what they are willing and not willing to do based on your balance. If I needed an advance I can understand the bank statements, but I'm trying to settle. Their so called legal dept offered me a 44k settlement from a 47k balance which is absurd. We are still experiencing covid and possibly a second shutdown. While i feel a fair resolution can and should be made based on balance owed minus exorbitant fees assessed can be accomplished during this pandemic time, but unfortunately bank statements are needed to determine settlement which other cash advances have not needed. I think its a tactic and ploy used not to settle. If my bank statement is 0, then how can I afford to settle and to revisit the issue when I can pay lump sum. If I have money to settle well your business is doing good and you don't meet settlement requirements thus repay full loan regardless where your funds came from because now you show repayment ability catch 22. All I asked for was a reasonable offer to get off their books and part ways, but its been a hassle. I'm sure if a 2nd wave hit and we are forced to shutdown again it will be the end to these companies because nobody will have the ability to repay anything. I normally don't leave reviews, but I advise small business owners to stay away from merchant cash advances if you want to stay in business, they will suck you high and dry.

UPDATE: 4pm +/- Central Time received phone call from *** (***) ***; Renewals Advisor, Business Loans; SnapCap by Lending Tree; stating that according to department with Forward Financing my bank was not accepting wires. Which was odd because this is a renewal loan with this same vendor and I know I have had successful wire transfers prior. I asked for explanation, not much details were given. I asked if I could call back after a very brief conversation with my business bank account manager, my bank advised me that no wire transfer had been attempted or failed which is a trackable item that they can reference, as such no data was available. Between this call and the prior call with *** maybe 5 minutes had passed and there was no answer. I also called *** with LendingTree and there was no answer all calls at this point were going straight to voicemail. I also utilized all the text phone numbers that I had been using all day long with them that had been actively working to find out that no one was replying. Very quickly I sent a wire transfer paperwork to *** to ensure that the delivery of the wire transfer happened, as I continued with this vendor for this very specific reason in that the wire would happen prior to my bank closing for the end of the day on a Friday at central time. I called the one 800 number and there was no help there the lady who answered the phone was not helpful. This transaction resulted in my losing 2 physicians signing on to my practice as this was an expansion loan that I was using for this purpose and I was very *** about this from the very beginning. I'm highly upset because I had a higher loan with a different vendor with better options that would've come in quicker, however, as I said I went with this vendor forward financing because of my previous experience of success. As a result once I was told that everything was good to go I made a series of financial decisions based on the incoming wire but I had been told was good to go by *** and *** that never came through resulting in a huge fallout because of the domino effect, which I will now have to figure out on my own. I am beyond upset, disappointed, and frustrated. in a time where I needed this to happen and spend the majority of 6-8 hours doing this and had multiple offers with other vendors I chose this specific vendor because of my trust in this company and the people that worked with them. Unfortunately, it wasn't until the very end that things did not workout. My recommendation to those reading this is do not let these reps go until you know 100% you have this money in your bank secured. Because the second you sign the contracts they're gone and you're likely not to hear back from them, unless they want a review, or their less helpful one 800 number or customer service doesn't get you very far which is unfortunately ill take a message but I cannot assure you they will get it because I have taken loans out from this company. *** and *** whose real name are *** (MATT) *** who is a renewal advisor and business loans and *** (***) *** with forward financing. Incredibly disappointed, there are no words.-------------------------------------------------------------10/01-02:30pm Central Time: Approximately worked with these two gentlemen below for about 6 hours finalizing this deal and cross referencing other vendors with higher loan caps with very similar if not better loan options, but continued with this loan process due to my prior success with this vendor. At about 2:00 to 3:00 PM central time I was told by *** who is with LendingTree that everything was ready to go and that the money wire was good to be transferred and was asked by *** if it would be OK to leave a rating. I said fine and I would be happy given that I had a pleasant experience, and this was my second time around.
