In September 2012 I went in for a cleaning and mentioned a problem with sensitivity of a capped tooth. X-Rays were taken and I was told 3 of the crowns were bad and needed to be replaced. I had the work done that day and was told the crowns would be in within 3 weeks, since I had to go out of town the following week they had ample time. One of the temporary caps they put in came off that day and I had to go back and have it re glued. 3 days later it broke in pieces and it took the dental assistant 3 hours to make another mold, She was not a licensed dental assistant, she had to get a senior assistant to help make a mold. My appointment was set for October 8 to have the news crowns put in. I get to the appointment and was told one of the crowns did not pass inspection, they would call me when they came in. 3 Weeks later, no call, I called again, they still were not in. Today is November 14, I called again and was told they were in. NO ONE bothered to call me after spending over $4, 000 on this procedure. Like a lot of business's once they get their money they could care less. I will never go back Monarch Dental and will not recommend them to anyone.
