The contract was paid in full on Mar 7, 2012, for $9,000.00. It was for roofing with a lifetime warranty using *** Corning shingles installed by Modern Roofing. However, there have been many leaks and repairs done by Modern Roofing that have not been able to fix a recurring leak in the roof. This leak has caused thousands of dollars in damage to the living room ceiling. The contractor needs to find a permanent solution for this leak and also cover the cost of repairing the living room ceiling, which currently has a big bubble and crack due to the leak.
