Triton Roofing & Restoration

Chris from Triton came and did a eval of my roof, like 2 other roofin' companies. They had an appointment with me, but they didn't show up or even call. So, I called them and they said they couldn't make it today and scheduled it for the next day. One of the other roofin' companies came back that afternoon and I decided to go with them. Since then, I got a nasty text from Triton and today I'm gettin' my roof put on by another company. A Triton rep came by, rang the doorbell, and started harassin' me with threatenin' words. Very unprofessional.

We had a claim with a company in April 2022. We had a roofer ready to fix our roof for $13k. The company mentioned a preferred contractor network policy. We worked with Triton Roofing. They completed their work and mentioned an email for the deductible, which never arrived. My husband sent a check instead. Later, I got texts asking for e-payment. I informed the company about the check; they didn't respond. Another payment request came. My husband called the company; they said the check was at their PO box, which is checked weekly. The check cleared, and the company released $16k to Triton's network on June 3, 2022, $3k above our quote. We reached out to the company for updates due to hurricane season and insurance issues. They falsely claimed they were waiting for a permit. My husband found out no application was made. The company then said they needed to file paperwork before getting a permit. As of July 5, 2022, no permit was filed. The company, facing bankruptcy, wouldn't give us network contacts. We're left without insurance, a capable roofer, and a contact who lies about progress. They also said plywood wouldn't be included in our new roof, not a full replacement, and overcharging us during a crisis.
