I am Interested in to installing Mobilink Jazz / Warid Mobile Tower. There is no JAZZ / Warid tower installed in our area that's why we are facing shortage signal and also cannot use Internet data 3G/4G signal due to low network coverage in our area. I have alot of land in Quetta balochistan

My balance is detecting with out any reason even not a special services is activated on my number.
I even call on help line but in vain they said your balance is not detecting and said system mein nahe aa rahi koi bhi deduction.
Even it's not coming in balance or usage details but balance is continuously detecting.
I am very old customer of jazz but now Jazz is only a [censored], they are looting the people I am very much fed up with them.
They have not right to detect or activate any [censored] services which customers don't want to activate.
Resolve my issue.

Few days before I came to know full offer balance upload more than 100 rupees. I asked my brother and he loaded 500 rupees, after one week I have checked and found Rs 72.38 deducted. I want clarification on this, why this amount is deducted.

I would like to launch complaint that there is no Mobile phone signal or very bad signal reception at my residence. When I inquire same with neighbors everyone is facing same issue either no signal or very bad signal reception.

could you kindly look into this matter and try to resolve ASAP.

My balance is deducted without any activity.
Yesterday I checked my balance it was 373.today when I want to get internet package it said the balance is 165 Rs.and after 1 hour I checked again it was 0.i can't understand this.plz acknowled this

I am loyal subscriber of jazz super duper monthly offer, for years. My month offer was to expire on 1st april, that I could not do in time, and it is 2nd april today and I have lost all my accuulated free calls MBs etc, thanks to current post covid 19 scenario.
I believe it must be in your kind knowledge that under locak down situation things are not normal. keeping in view my past track record. I humbly request that my accumulated package free calls and MBS be restored. I shall be very thankful to you.
I also would like to bring it to your information that, I did call at help line, and waited and waited and waited and when finally my call was through to one agent, but unfortunately my experince has been very unpleasant.

The worst network I have used so for I'm trying to contact helpline from 11 Am they are attaing my call after 30 min and they are dropping of I highlighted issue more than 8 times that in my city there is network issue kindly work on it but you people are too stupid to do so

I called U.S.A yesterday and balance was 91 ruppees.
I talked 6:32 minutes and my remaining balance after call was 48 ruppees.
Why this huge deduction happened?
I used to call U.S.A every month and i have never faced this huge amount of deduction from my balance.

You are not providing internet speed like you used to provide. The speed of 4G is very unsatisfactory.

My complain is about package i lost almost 4 to 600 due to company miss guidence on last friday i have a popup message from company that u must avail this offer in which u get 1000 onnet 50 ofnet minutes and many more so that i activate this package but i want dispute of this package because of this package i lost credit in me mobile many time
And today i call customer care they guide me about the package (its a location ased package and u r not in balochistan) so why company send me this pop up if i am not in balochistan and why activate my package

AOA h r u. I have activated *747# weekly offer on 28-12-19. balance was deducted from my account against such offer. today 39 Rs was wasted on calls after that i came to know that the said weekly package is not working. i dialed the command *747*2# their 1000 mobilink minutes 50 other network 250 mbs and sms was present. i got Jittery what is happening package is their and why my money is going wasted. i called on helpline and Mr. Gohar told me that *747# package is not available for Faisalabad. this service is valid for Quetta and some other cities of Baluchistan.my point is if package is not valid for Faisalabad then why this package is activated here in Faisalabad. if we are not able to use such offer after deduction customer came to know that your balance is deducted but you are not eligible to use such services. are we living on Jupiter their having law of forest. no government agency is going to ask what is this going on. mobilink is a reputed company and it must not use such bad tactics. kindly return my 140 Rs in my account and make some laws and improve more service that if some services are not be able to be used their must not be any deductions. their must be some restrictions/ intimations.
