Josh did an amazing job of handling our new project from start to finish. He was spot-on with every single phase of the project, from initial visit on our driveway all the way through to final payment from insurance company. He would earn a 6th star if there was such a thing. He did a great job working with our insurance company, their on-site adjuster, and all the required paperwork, permits, etc. While I don't want another hailstorm in the near future, I have Josh's business card at the top of my electronic roll-a-dex, plus my wife and I have referred him to multiple friends in the area! Keep up the good work sir.

Minnesota Restoration did a roof, siding, and screen porch R&R project this fall. Blake Anderson was a conscientious Project Manager who I came to know as someone who has integrity, organization skills, and follow-through. He does what he says he will do and makes sure the details are complete. He represents himself and MN Restoration well. I was very pleased with how Minnesota Restoration coordinated everything with our insurance carrier and made the process hassle-free. All the crews were great and did a fantastic job. They left the job site clean and neat. Based on my experience, I highly recommend all the crafts that did the work.

Our contact with MNRC was managed by field sales representative, Dan Smith. From the very beginning, Dan was most courteous, respectful, honest, and delivered on every appointment, inspection, and phone call right on time. His representation of MNRC's capabilities could not have been exceeded. Based on Dan's proven credibility, our neighborhood enlisted the services of MNRC for replacing hail damaged roofing. One of our neighbor's whose home was recently re-roofed by MNRC was extremely pleased with their experience from start to finish. From the first moment we met Dan Dye, our project was handled with ease, with full explanations of the process, and with a professional work ethic. Dan has been honest, prompt, and seemed to really care about our new roof from start to finish. MNRC worked with our insurance company, handling all details from arranging for the dumpster to getting the building permit. The hail damage to our roof occurred in mid-May; our new roof was installed and the house and yard totally cleaned up by June 29. Throughout the time involved, Dan was overseeing every aspect of the project, with timely reminders and explanations occurring through phone calls, emails, and texts. This is a high quality, professional company and we would recommend them to all.

I worked with MNRC to replace the shingles on my roof due to hail damage. The roof itself was completed in 1 day and looks very nice. I only found a couple of nails and small pieces of garbage in my yard afterwards. The dumpster and excess materials were picked up within 2 days of the work being completed. Lloyd T. was helpful throughout the process. He answered my questions clearly and provided shingle samples of the available color options. After the build, there were a couple of tools left behind as well as an existing vent that was not properly hooked back up. Lloyd made sure that someone came back to collect the tools and hook up the vent the same day that I notified him. Overall, I would recommend MNRC for future roofing projects.

Our roof project was completed today (8/2) and we are very satisfied with the work! Our Minnesota Restoration Contractor was Joshua Smith. Josh is a very personable representative and easy to work with on the project. He pays attention to the customers needs and tries to do as much as possible to help the customer. Josh answers all questions and deals with the project in a timely manner and gets it done. He stays on top of the project and follows it through to completion. Thank you Josh for a job well done! We also want to mention the crew that shingled the house. They were very hard working and did a great job! We appreciate their effort to do a good job! I worked with Fatih Kaya, senior field representative. What a huge difference from another roofing company coming around the neighborhood. I found Minnesota Restoration Contractors through the GAF Timberline website as a recommended master certified installer. It was a huge difference working with Fatih, who was extremely professional. He went over the various roofing shingles options, the process from start to finish and was always available for questions. The process was very smooth and with Fatih's time in explaining the process there were no surprises. I must say this was one of my best experience working with a contactor and I can without hesitation recommend Fatih and his company. They are ethical and actually care about the work they do. Well done.

We are so happy with our finished roof! From the first knock on the door after the hail storm, to the new roof installed, it was a great experience. We appreciated the salesman who showed up and asked if they could assess our roof for storm damage. We initially thought it was someone we had made an appointment with, thinking he was early. When we realized it wasn't the one scheduled, who ended up being a no show, we couldn't believe it. Faruk G., the salesman, explained the process, answered our questions, and overall convinced us they would do a professional, top quality job, and they really delivered! Faruk stayed in touch with us from start to finish, and was quick to get back to us when we had questions. He said the roofers they use are professional, keep a clean worksite as much as possible, as well as clean up after. We can that was our experience, too. We wanted to give a review for this because you really don't who or what your getting in a situation like this. Our experience and the finished project is totally worth the 5 stars!

The entire process was quick, efficient, and easy. Our salesman John Smith was very nice and easy to work with. When we had questions that John couldn't answer, he did not hesitate to call his boss so that we could get the answers to our questions immediately. We definitely felt very good about this to ease any concerns we may have had. We also had a few contacts with Frank, Mn. Restoration's Roofing Production Manager, and had very positive results in dealing with him also. Then the actual roofers did an excellent job on the roof. As a sidebar, we had a bad storm with high winds 2 days later and the ridge cap lifted a little bit due to not having enough time and heat to seal it down. I called Frank, and within a couple of hours he had one of the roofers back on site and the ridge cap was repaired just like new. Again we really appreciated the prompt solution to the problem. We are very picky about workmanship in general, but we would definitely recommend Minnesota Restoration Contractors Inc. to others and to use them again if we had future storm damage. I am amazed at the work that was done by Minnesota Restoration when they replaced my roof after hail damage. Everything was so organized. Two days prior to the work being done, roofing materials were delivered, the next day the dumpster was delivered. The crew was at my place at 7:00 am to do the work. They worked 13 hours straight and completed all of it during that time. To protect all of my windows, they put plywood around them, also netting around the house to protect the bushes and catch nails and debris. They also had a smaller dumpster that they drove around the house to catch the shingles they were removing. They used magnets to pick up extra nails. Grant, agent for Minnesota Resoration, came a couple times during the day to make sure everything was going as planned. He also came back the next day to inspect the roofing job and also went around the house checking for nails. I am absolutely amazed that they finished the roofing in one day and did such a great job. My roof looks awesome! I also compliment Grant for the inspection he did on my roof and negotiating with my insurance agent to get the claim approved.

Minnesota Restoration Contractors was an extremely professional contractor to work on our Roof Replacement from start to finish. From our salesman Ben Smith who was incredibly personable guiding us through the process smoothly with exceptional communication, He was very attentive to our wishes and delivered upon our expectations. He wasn't afraid to bring in help when needed at the perfect time as proven when he brought in Gary Johnson who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in reasoning with our insurance adjuster as to why we needed a new roof. Then he brought in John Davis when it came to signing the paper work who was extremely reasonable and patient with me working out some language that I was probably being a bit picky on. The install crew was an extremely hard working and efficient and that did an excellent installation and the cleanup was unbelievable. Not a granular left behind. From the care and consideration of the placement of the dumpster and setting materials being dropped off. To putting things down to prevent any damage below and arranging neatly. They just think of everything. They truly are customer service oriented. They make multiple walk thru's and quality control checks to make sure you as the homeowner are satisfy. It is clear Minnesota Restoration Contractors customers are important to them and they look to please and satisfy their customers of which they did a stellar job all around for us. We happily will be recommending their team to everyone we know.

Our experience with Minnesota Restoration Contractors concerning the replacement of our roof due to hail damage was very pleasant. Our field representative, Jose Smith, was very professional and friendly. His knowledge of the roofing process, insurance process and roofing materials was very impressive. He was very helpful in finding the damage, assisting with making our insurance claim and meeting with the insurance adjuster. When the insurance company paused in communication, Jose went out of his way to reestablish the lines of communication, getting the process back on schedule. The roofing team were very punctual and skilled. They worked very hard while protecting all of our windows, doors and scrubs. Our large roof took two days to complete and the crew cleaned up on both days. When completed, everything looked great and clean. During this time, Jose oversaw the project closely and kept me informed in person, text or via email. Before and after receiving our new roof, Jose flew his drone over our house, providing still photos and a video of before and after. The images were very high-res and appreciated! With the damage hitting our neighborhood, I recommended Jose and Minnesota Restoration to many of our close neighbors, as well as our son who lives in the adjacent neighborhood. Our neighbor across the street also worked with Jose and was very impressed. I would recommend all of the Minnesota Restoration Contractors team to my closest friends and will keep their contact information on file.
