Just want everyone to know what a awesome experience I have had with First National Acceptance Company dealing with DeeAnn and her staff closing under these covid times. Its my second time in 5 years selling a land contract with her and closing within 6 weeks.

I had a lot of dealings with banks but this was beyond easy. The person I dealt with was Rebecca Perry. She talked me trough the process step by step and kept in constant contact with me. Within a few weeks the money was in my account. This was a fabulous experience!

The first time we tried to sell our note to FNA it was "not ready for prime time." We had only been getting payments on it for 6 months, and still had a mortgage for most of what it might bring. In early 2020, it was ready. The escrow company we were using collapsed, and we paid off the mortgage balance. Joe Watters helped us through the experience and we are quite thankful we got 80% of the money 7 years early. I had a great experience dealing with First National Acceptance Company. Loan Acquisition Officer, Beth Sanford, was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure she remained informed and fully understood each situation as they developed. I found her to be competent, patient and able to execute on what was needed within set parameters. There were some less than common details about the property that Beth was able to navigate to get the transaction completed with little complication, so I am happy to recommend FNAC and would use their services again.

Recently, as a successor trustee, I had the unwelcome task of liquidating some assets which included a mortgage sale. I had no prior experience in this type of transaction and very little understanding of what documents might be required, or how to identify them from the mass of paperwork I had accumulated from the trust papers. I had to contact some institutions to effect the sale and was anticipating a long haul. One of the contacts I received was from the First National Acceptance Company, a subsidiary of First National Bank. I called to discuss the sale. I was very surprised to find that their agents were not only professional in their approach, but were very knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. They helped me identify the documents I would require to make available, and walked me through those I would be required to complete almost line by line, patiently answering all my questions, some of which were undoubtedly very elementary. My special thanks to DeeAnn and Dana who talked me through all that paperwork and, fundamentally, left me with nothing to do but fill in the answers to a few questions and add my signature. They made the process so easy. Their interaction and their patience with me was above and beyond and I greatly appreciate their assistance.
