Safeguard Estate and Financial was very easy to work with and the product they produced for me was well beyond what I had expected. We initially went to Safeguard seeking help establishing a Living Trust. Once the Trust was completed, we had additional questions on some of our investments. Tom Purzak answered our questions and additionally helped us with a 1035 exchange of one of our investments. We found Tom knowledgeable, honest, and informative. Our experience with Safeguard was very favorable!

We thought that Safeguard Estate and Financial had a focus only on living trusts, but we were surprised when then spent almost 2 hours pushing their annuities. My wife and I were shocked at the pressure that was applied to have us convert some of our assets to an annuity plan. Be prepared. I have read many of the 5 star reviews and strange that all are 5 stars and also no mention of annuities.

Excellent experience with Safeguard Estate and Financial. We started with setting up a Trust for our property and to make our beneficiaries job so much easier. Then we expressed our concern with our whole 401k being in jeopardy in the unstable stock market. We went to a Safeguard meeting at our community center. We initially went to renew our Will that was 30 years old. After listening to the representative for Safeguard we realized that we needed to have a trust. We brought the information to the first appointment that was requested. We discussed the process of forming a trust and what actually is included in a trust. Our next appointment we signed all the necessary forms and walked out of the office with our trust. We feel very relieved to have a plan for our family for our future and theirs. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Excellent Service. Start to finish on a Revocable Living Trust was about 10 days. Tom Peterson and his staff stayed late on a Friday to accommodate special circumstances. Well organized and knowledgeable of material. Lawyer Mark Harrison did the Legal documentation in office with SafeGuard Estate and Financial. Mark was professional and offered his knowledge and expertise in finalizing the Trust wording to fit our Family dynamics. SafeGuard's fee was about half of what I paid at another Law office for a Living Trust which I could not use. One more benefit for using SafeGuard was the hard binder containing the original documents, organized by section, easy instructions and all documents attached. Nothing loose in binder, so nothing to misplace. Very nice. John Smith

Such a relief! We answered an online invitation for a discussion of Safeguard's services. This was a better option for us, as a trip to Scottsdale with our family of five involves a 4 hour drive, and an overnight stay! I worked with attorney Mark E. Hall on a Zoom call so we could cover all the essential details of our family's position and needs. He recommended several documents and a trust to assure care of the family if we were not here. I was so pleased with the outcome, and the very modest cost. Two staff members of Safeguard helped answer my last few questions. Carla Purzak drove all the way to our home to present and explain the plan to my husband and notarize our signatures. Tom Purzak gave me pointers concerning working with our bank. I used Safeguard to set up my Trust. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable from the very beginning which made me feel comfortable. As time went on and I met different people within the company I was more at ease. Their professionalism and expertise are above and beyond. The entire process was smooth and easy to understand because they took the time to explain what they were doing; why they were doing it; and what I needed to do with my Trust.
