This company is a scam. Was told one thing and was delivered nothing. They provide you with provider information, but does not cover anything. If I could put a zero on the review I would.

These guys are a joke, nothing on these cards works at any hospital or pharmacy. It's been nothing but a pain in the neck. I'm pretty sure it's a scam, a really good one. None of the phone numbers work for claims, etc. I hate this company.

I got into this country April 6, 2022
I got into this country April 6, 2022. A friend introduced me to this insurance policy. We needed a good preventative care and I told the agent that. They have been charging me $378 every month. My two kids had vaccinations done in July 2022. I just received a bill for my son and the total was $1461.00. This is outrageous. I haven't even received my daughter's bill yet. The due date is December 2. I cannot afford this. This is not what I asked for. They did not cover a dime.

Originally signed up with a plan via Federal Life Insurance Company regarding an alternative wellness plan. Went into great detail with her that I was seeking services for a Neuropath and wanted a plan that would cover her services. Federal Life Insurance Company told me that the Dr. I chose was in plan and that she could offer me a policy that would meet my needs for "alternative Services". Upon filing my first claim (attached via Federal Life Insurance Company's online portal where the consult took place, I did not get a response from my claim. The claims adjuster said the files had not been received and that she would transfer me to a specialist (named) who informed me that the address on the card was now invalid. After 3 months, you have a new CLAIM ADDRESS. They led me to a conversation with (name) on 2/15 to learn that the address I now needed to send the files to is Federal Life Insurance Company's headquarters at (address). I now have to re-submit my claims and upon further investigation, I find that the company has several addresses listed. I want a full refund for the charges and the expenses I have incurred through visits I thought were covered under the plan Federal Life Insurance Company sold me. I want this company reported as fraud and this individual's license revoked.
