Took screen outta the gutter and never told me they did it, now one side of the gutter is totally blocked from leaves. Workers did damage to my personal property and nothin' done about it. Ain't never received a wind mitigation report. Don't hire these people!

I waited for 2 months and still no roof! We gave $2000 to Ryan in mid-July for a metal roof. He said it would take 2 weeks to order materials and they would fit us in with the rain since we wouldn't have our roof removed. But nothing happened! Their customer service is terrible! They never called us to give us an update. I called them 4 weeks ago and finally talked to a woman who said we would be next week. But still nothing! I called again 2 weeks ago and talked to another woman who said they had a lot of rain and 4 crews, but they were catching up. They were having a meeting to figure out what to do. I told her we wanted updates and to be kept in the loop. She said they would call us, but nothing happened! I sent a message to Ryan on Facebook on Aug. 28th, but he didn't respond until Sept. 2nd, saying we were a priority because of the rain. I understand the rain, but where are we in the line? What does "next" mean? Why can't they call us and let us know? Do they want us to go away? @@[protected]@@ It took 6 months to get our roof on! They lied to us! After 3 months, they tried to put on a cheaper roof without our permission because they underbid us. We stopped them and called Ryan. He said we had to pay $3000 more to get what we wanted. We refused. They dragged their feet for months! They finally put on the metal we wanted, but no pilons and no peel and stick paper. They took off our shingles and put down cheap paper. Our roof sat for over a month with just paper, causing leaks in 10 different areas of our ceiling! Mitchell's brother put on our roof, which took over a month! The metal sat on our lawn for a month, killing the grass and uprooting plants. We finally got our roof done! After the work was done, we showed Ryan the damage to our ceilings. He said someone would come out and repair it, but it never happened! This was the worst experience ever! We do not recommend this roofing company unless you want stress, headaches, lies, and sleepless nights!

On April 2, Mitchell & Sons did my roof and put a nail through my AC unit. Their worker, Chico (I think), came to my door late that day and told me. After telling the HOA Manager, I got an email back on April 5th saying they'll pay if it's roof related. But now, after two months, Mitchell & Sons won't pay. I tried to reach the HOA Manager (Kim Johnson, Community Management Services, New Port Richey), but she hasn't called or emailed me back. The worker's neglect caused $1,010 in damages to my unit. I filed a complaint against Community Management for not helping me get the AC repairman paid.

I hired this company to do my roof and they did it, but they never set up my inspection. I had to call them a week and a half later to get it done. The inspection was continued because the flat deck was holding water. I called the owner, Mitch, and he sent a crew out a week later. They did a half job and now there's a big hump in the middle of my flat deck that still holds water. The owner and project manager were very unprofessional and told me I was stupid. They left my job unfinished even though they were paid in full. They also cut an electric wire in my ceiling when they were removing the flat deck and tried to hide it with electrical tape. When I asked for an electrician to fix it, the owner yelled at me and gave me a hard time. He's not licensed to deal with electric. I just want my roof to be finished correctly.
