I was advised to return my parcel to Unit 5 Impact Park, Willenhall Lane, Bloxwich Walsall WS3 2XN
I was told the returns would be at my cost which I duly paid and got a certificate of posting .I have not received any acknowledgment of the return or a refund. I returned to J D Sports the same day and have already received my refund .
I have contacted trading standards who advise me I must try to get a reply from yourself with an explanation in the first instance

Claimed loss: £60.70 refunded needed to Klarna

Desired outcome: Unless A refund if received Trading standards will become involved
