Breeder : sealyham terrier
I purchased a rare Breed dog about 2 1/2 years ago from a breeder in Hot Springs, CA. She would not provide the required documentation for this puppy to me as required by California Law. I asked many times for this in writing but never received this. Today she has a friend trying to defame me on a Sealyham Terrier Group facebook page. This breeder took cash only ..there was no legal contract as any good breeder would provide.
There is no paper trail of this transaction. Now she is trying to defame me with this breed. what procedure can I follow since she now moved out of California?
