I recently purchased a puppy from Puppies.com and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The breeder, Veronica Williams at "wilhome acres", seemed nice at first but it quickly became apparent that she was only interested in making a quick buck.

The puppy I received was clearly sick and had been suffering from diarrhea for weeks. When I confronted Veronica about this, she acted like it was news to her and made no effort to provide any veterinary care. It was clear that none of her dogs had ever been to or seen a vet.

I ended up spending over $5,000 in vet bills trying to save my puppy, but unfortunately, he didn't make it. It was heartbreaking to lose him, especially after spending $2,800 on him in the first place.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a puppy from Puppies.com to look elsewhere. Veronica Williams is a garbage human who clearly has no regard for the health and well-being of her animals. Don't make the same mistake I did.

The seller has been posting with different user names, which is a bit sketchy. But overall, we're happy with our new furry friend. Just be careful when buying from Puppies (puppies.com) and make sure to do your research before making a purchase.

Further investigation revealed that the shipper who transported the puppy to California couldn't remember what city she took the dog to. The buyer had paid through PayPal, but the money was refunded based on what we believe were fraudulent vet records.

It's unclear what happened to the puppy. Did the buyer overdose it, or is it alive and well? Could the transporter and buyer be running a dog theft ring? Animal control in California and Oklahoma are both interested in finding out where the dog is.
