I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on two new puppies from Fluffy Pup. But when I asked Tracy R. to see the parents, I was pretty disappointed to find out they weren't even there. Like, what kind of operation is this? They got all sorts of breeds, but they can't even show me the parents? Sketchy, man.

And then, to top it all off, my pups came with all sorts of issues. Ear mites, giardia, and maybe even lice? Like, what the heck? This person obviously doesn't care about the health of these little guys, they just want to make a quick buck. And let me tell you, these vet bills are no joke. I already paid $999 for each pup, and now I gotta shell out even more just to get them healthy.

It's been weeks of constant cleaning and medication, and I still got one dog testing positive. Like, come on. I thought I was getting healthy puppies, not a whole bunch of problems. I don't recommend this dog broker to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I gotta say, I'm lovin' the new look of Puppies (puppies.com). It's all fancy and pretty, but let me tell ya, it ain't workin' for me. Selling puppies on there is a real pain in the you-know-what. I wish they had a way to boost or bump your listing like they used to, and for free too! And don't even get me started on the fact that I can't send more pictures or videos to potential buyers. When my husband and I asked Jessi if she could bring a blanket for Star since she did not want us inside the house, she replied, "Do you have one for him cause I don't." We said good night and told her we would be in touch. We were very worried about the poor 5-month-old puppy. He was skinny but felt like he was over 4 pounds.

My question to Puppies.com is, how do you let these poor puppies get sold by these scammers and never check or inspect them? It's very concerning that these sellers are allowed to sell puppies that are not healthy and are not being taken care of properly.

I've also tried to contact several breeders through Puppies.com, but they did not follow up with me. I found them to be very unprofessional and they had very little ability to speak proper English. This was very disappointing and made me lose trust in Puppies.com.

We thought this was outrageous and our visiting family said they would never use puppies.com again. We tried to talk to their support to clear things up and even gave them our website www.TeacupTails.com and vet puppy records to prove that they made a mistake. But unfortunately, it didn't work out.

So, we don't recommend spending your money and time on puppies.com. They might just block your account for no good reason at all. It's a shame because we were hoping for more exposure for our Teacup Chihuahuas, but it looks like we'll have to find other ways to establish our presence.

I'm a breeder and I've been using Puppies.com (formerly known as Puppyfind.com) for quite some time now. I recently had a litter and decided to advertise it on Puppies.com. However, I was quite disappointed with the results. In the past, when I used Puppyfind.com, my puppies would be sold within a week or two. Although I did get some sketchy people, that's just the nature of public ads. You just have to be careful and take precautions when accepting payments.

But with the new and improved Puppies.com, I received absolutely ZERO inquiries. And to make matters worse, they removed the ability to bump up your ad. This means that after the first two hours of listing, your ad will be shoved into non-existence on page hundred. It's really frustrating because people can't bump up their ads, so they have to make MORE ads. And the more ads there are, the more swamped the site becomes. This is very counterproductive and puppy buyers shouldn't have to wade through that mess. And as sellers, we shouldn't have to make ad after ad in hopes of being seen.

Puppyfind.com worked great for me. I have no idea why someone would want to "fix" something that worked fine. The new Puppies.com website is now bloated and overdone. Just because something looks shiny and new doesn't mean it's better. Puppyfind.com was a reliable advertising system that's now defunct. It's really disappointing.

This review is for all the sellers out there who are thinking about using puppies.com to sell their puppies. Let me tell you, it's not worth it!

They are offering a 7-day trial for new accounts, and these backyard breeders who never bothered to pay the $19.99 membership fee are taking advantage of it. They are posting litters of puppies that are not registered, not vaccinated, and not wormed. It's a shame!

If you are a responsible breeder who health tests, vets, and cares for your puppies, forget about it. Your posts will sit there untouched while you pay your monthly fee. Meanwhile, ignorant buyers are snatching up cheap puppies from Craigslist-quality breeders for a quarter of the price that puppies.com is allowing them to post for free. And they might even be making multiple accounts through friends and family members to get more time!

To make matters worse, puppies.com doesn't even prioritize your paid posts over all the freeloaders. Your posts are buried under dozens of inbred, flea-covered, unvaccinated "purebreds" that are being sold for $200.

I used to be a happy customer of puppies.com and paid $19.99 every month for 7 years. It used to be a great tool to sell my quality puppies. But now, it's completely useless to me. I've already canceled my membership. I've given them $1,700 over my time with the site, and it ends now!

So, if you're a responsible breeder who cares about the health and well-being of your puppies, don't waste your time and money on puppies.com. It's not worth it!

But now, you're forced to rummage through only a few huge ads at a time per page. This leads to a much quicker loss of interest from the customer, and it's frustrating for us breeders.

Since puppies.com replaced puppyfind, my ad views have dropped from a couple hundred or more per week to just a handful. And I'm not the only one. Other frustrated breeders have reported the same issue. When we bring it up to the puppies staff, they just say "there's a bit of a problem with the new view counting system." But that's not a good answer. Since I've been using puppies.com, I haven't been contacted one time by a potential customer. Not one! So far, the only people who have contacted me are "check scammers." It's really frustrating.

Because of this change, I'm now forced to be in a mad dash to try and find another site to sell on. I'm not alone in this. Many other breeders are feeling the same way. We're all hoping that puppies.com will change the system back. This one is bad for all involved. So, please, from me and many other breeders, change the system back!

But then, the right person stepped up and gave me a call. We had a good ol' chat and they reinstated my advertising account. And let me tell ya, that was important to me. Puppies.com is one of the top 5 places to find a puppy on Google. And when I search for Golden Retriever Puppies for sale in Colorado, I always end up on puppies.com. And not just on the website, but right on my own ad that I placed on the site.

Now, I also advertise on Google, but let me tell ya, it costs a pretty penny. Hundreds of dollars a month just to get the same results I get with puppies.com for only $20 a month.

But here's the thing, puppies.com can terminate any account without notice and for any reason. But if they start doin' that to their good clients too often, they're gonna be lookin' for a new job. In this competitive world, a company's gotta go the extra mile for their customers.

And let me tell ya, as a owner and president of many types of businesses in my career, from mortgage banking to real estate investing to even film production, I know that's the truth.

One of the breeders only had one test required for Pembroke Corgi's list of 6 or 7 health tests. Another breeder, Four Aces Corgis, ignored my request for health tests for their breeding dogs' results even though they have more than one dozen dogs listed on puppies.com and no health tests at all. The other three breeders never responded at all.

I was left wondering how puppies.com qualifies the breeders listed on their website. This is false advertising and the wrong information provided on the website. Additionally, the breeder Rafter Cross asked me for payment through the Venmo app which I don't have, instead of payment through the puppies.com payment system.

I tried to reach out to puppies.com customer service, but nobody answered my calls or messages. I was frustrated and disappointed with the lack of response. When I finally received a response, they sent me a list of breeders, but I didn't contact them because I no longer trusted this website.

I believe that puppies.com is one more puppy mill advertising. They continue to advertise breeders who violate the law of California, which provides the number of breeding dogs and number of litters permitted. Puppies.com does not advertise the quality but the quantity.

In my opinion, and based on my bad experience with this website, I do not recommend it as a trusted site to buy puppies. I found that many bad reviews disappeared, and I wonder who deleted them and why.

We don't even get priority placement in the search results. If you search for a breed, the results default to include purebred+"designer" mixes before carefully bred purebreds. And I'm not talking about actual designer mixes like the Labradoodle or the Pomsky. I'm talking about mixes like pits/German shepherds and GSD/Huskies that will end up in the shelter next month.

I'm really disgusted that I've been paying so much money to a company that's throwing its loyal customers to the wolves. The "7 day free trial" actually lasts for two weeks, and even though the seller's profile is expired, they can still post their direct number in the puppy ad. They get two weeks to sell their sick puppies while we pay a hefty fee for the privilege.

I've just been approved with Good Dog, which actually screens its breeders. I'm not even asking puppies.com to do that, but just making everyone pay the same fee would be enough to deter these people who are breeding for all the wrong reasons. My decade with puppyfind/puppies.com is over.

The seller admitted that the pup was born in Tijuana and brought over to the US. We were given a shot record from Mexico, but it turned out to be fake. We were lucky that the pup was healthy and we knew how to take care of young puppies.

It's unclear what happened to the puppy. Did the buyer overdose it, or is it alive and well? Could the transporter and buyer be running a dog theft ring? Animal control in California and Oklahoma are both interested in finding out where the dog is.
