There were two ladies knocked in our door. They introduced themselves as a student and trying to win 20, 000 points for scholarship. They will force you to write a checks and tell you that you can cancel your subscription anytime. It's not true! Don't let them come in your house. Do not let any young kids like these fool you and tell you that they need help to get into the school but they are not!

Whoever is complaining about the company is right. I use to work for these people and they're nothing but scam's. They also put you in these hotel rooms with these hood rats. Also you must be up every morning except on Sunday's. When I first arrived to the hotel i didn't think much bad of the place but when I saw how the crew acted I was like wow. It was a big mess all they did was smoke weed, and everybody fights with each other it's like a reality show. I left cause I got tired of going door to door telling these people about these overpriced books that you can go to a book store and buy. But bottom line this is a scam company cause alot of the people don't receive their books and it's embarrassing when one of your family members try to support you and they don't receive their book it's sad people work too hard for their money.

I was working at a mall in Katy, Texas back in the summer of 2016 to help pay for my first car. When I decided to go to the food court for my lunch break, I was approached by a young man and woman who said they were trying to get scholarships for entrance into the University of Houston. Being a current student at UH myself, understanding how hard it can be to scrape together enough money for tuition and being thankful that my parents have enough to give me a free ride through college, I decided to humor them.

I listened to their story about how they were trying to get these scholarships by showing their public speaking abilities in convincing strangers to donate to a charity program to give books to kids in hospitals or something like that that the UH public speaking department was working with, and that they were just a few points away from wining this . I should have stopped them there and called the university to confirm their story, but I was too embarrassed to doubt their story right in front of them, so I decided to err on the side of kindness and listen to what they had to say. I ended up donating $158.75, which the guy insisted I give him as a pre-paid gift card when I said I didn't have the cash or a checkbook on me (boy am I glad I didn't have a checkbook on me). He wrote up on a record of sale that looked very official, and gave me a copy, telling me that that I might be able to get the money back as a tax deduction. Now I'm trying to file for my tax return, and there will definitely be no deduction. The website listed on the sales record, www.millennium-sales.net, is an empty domain, and the phone number is equally fictitious.

Frankly, I don't know what kind of person you have to be to run a scam like this. These people knew I was a college student working a minimum wage job to try and get a leg up in life. I remember the guy who did all the talking asked me why I decided to donate (probably just his way of making the illusion more convincing), and I told him I knew what college tuition fees were like, was thankful I had parents who could pay them for me, and that helping someone in need was what God wants us to do for each other. I needed that money to help get a car, but I gave it freely without any expectation of a return until the guy told me that my donation was tax-deductible. What kind of person do you have to be to go up to someone with a big friendly smile and steal from them when they're to help you even though need the money themselves?

All in all, I'm annoyed that this happened to me, but I suspected it might be a scam from the start and went along with the sales pitch anyway. In a way I'm thankful this happened. The money lost is almost worth the cost of the lesson I've learned from this, and I will never donate to someone panhandling for donations in public again.

Let me just say that this SCAM is very well still alive. I was at the mall shopping. A guy walked up to me and gave the same story. I'm a young mother of two and I support education. When he mentioned FBLA I was all ears. So I was going to buy 3 books. Saw the prices and only bought 1 book for $80. Well I got home and realized that something didn't sit well and decided that I wanted to cancel. The number works but nobody answers so that's just as good as not working. Then I read over the receipt like 5 times and I'm thinking to myself how can I send this little sheet of paper back and have no proof that I even had it? Tuh, beats me. So I called the mall security and advised them that I feel as though I had been scammed. The next day I decided to go back to the mall(I'm looking for a birthday outfit) and I saw the same guy. He was eyeing me as I cam up the escalator. I said to him " you know you scammed me yesterday right, but its ok" he was shocked and said " who!? not me" . So I continued to shop on my way to go down the escalator he wanted to talk to me. I said to him " If you aren't calling me to give me my money back I don't think you want to have a conversation with me" well i argued with him and another guy they gave me some guy by the name of Darren Willis number 713.408.1242. and said to call him and his mother is the owner of the company. I definitely warned the other people that were sitting there getting the " story" and let them know that it is a scam. Luckily I got my money back from this Lavontez Nicholson guy but this is very ridiculous. This happened in Augusta, GA and it needs to be stopped! ASAP!

This is sad. My husband and I had two gentlemen knock at our door talking about this whole point system to help Big Brothers Big Sisters. We bought two books for our 13 month old twins. My husband did not pay attention to the receipt. We had written a check for the full amount of one book, and paid cash for the other book. Months later I receive a bill in the mail saying we owe money for the books. The amount that we had paid in cash was missing and not accounted for on our invoices. And the check amount was not even applied correctly! I tried calling the 888 number and tried going to the website, which by the way is "coming soon"! We always try to help with donations when we can and we thought this would be nice since we would be getting books for our girls. Anyone know how I can contact this company? I would prefer a phone number, but even a valid website or email would be great. I either want my money back or my books. Thank you in advance.

Someone had posted this
"A young(er) black girl came to my door telling me that she needed someone to listen to her spiel since young people in her demographic were not good at public speaking and needed the practice. She stated that by selling the books it went towards her education (even stated that she was going to go to the local University that I attend), and was also very complimenting in how nice my home was. She also asked to use my bathroom. I don't believe she took anything, but there also wasn't much to take. When I went to give her a check, she was persistent about me giving cash, stating that she wouldn't get the points right away with a check. I should have known, but I was what appears to be, one of the many who have been scammed. NEVER AGAIN! It's dirtball people like this who ruin it for others who really are trying to improve their life and just need a little help."

I had this EXACT same experience. I had just moved into my new place in Texas.
I had bought magazines before from door-to-door sellers who talked about college and some sort of points system (2009). I received the subscription within a month or so and it continued until 2012 when the company stopped making the magazine (Spin magazine). So that was a positive experience.
So when this female comes to my door, she's about my age and she's going to a local college here. I had just graduated and understood college is a huge financial burden. She even talked about needing to practice public speaking since people don't usually give people like us (young, black women) a second glance and what not. She complimented my apartment, saying stuff about how amazed I owned what I did at such a young age and admired the paintings I had made. And yup she asked to use my restroom. I let her. Thankfully I don't keep any valuables or prescription drugs in there and the most she would've gotten away with is shower cleaner, a small perfume bottle, toothpaste, and cat food. But wow... I can't even trust someone to use the bathroom. Ridiculous. She insisted on cash since she'd get her points faster or something even a partial payment of cash was the better option than full check. I really should've known something was up by then but thankfully I didn't have any cash on me. Of course not that it matter since she got a check for $62. It is now 202 days after that incident and still no books. I tried calling the number on the receipt and got a very unprofessional voicemail answering message. The attitude is at 110% and apparently the office is only open Monday to Thursday until 3 PM. Interesting. But yeah... The similarities in the stories is scary and I am just so pissed off. The only door-to-door salespeople I will ever buy from again are Girl Scouts!

I work for Millennium Sales, Inc in Texas, and we are a manufacturer's rep in the electronics industry. We have NOTHING to do with the CROOKS (yes, criminals! & I do mean the company, not just a few 'bad' representatives) in New Jersey. Over the last 14 or 15 yrs at least, I personally have answered our phone thousands of times to hear sad stories from people who have been ripped off by these scam artists. & Make no mistake, that whole company is a scam, not just the kids they have out going door to door or parking lot to parking lot. Most of the phone calls I get start out with, "I received this bill", or "I got an invoice"... These people are being stolen from by the company itself, not one or two rogue kids. Most of them have told me they never received the books or magazines they ordered although the check they wrote has already cleared their bank account. And almost all of them have received a bill saying they owe more money on top of what has already been stolen from them!

This is truly amazing to me what's going on here. . First of all if u helped one of them kids it was suppose to be from the heart. Not to have something to talk about or just to see somebody else complain and u agree. . . You all say they should find a job, well you don't think what they doing is a job. Door to door is not easy all day in the heat and dealing with people nasty attitudes. . . Everybody everyday gets solicited when u go out to anybody business. The only different is u go to them to get scammed and overcharged. But it a guarantee that u will go back to that place again regardless. So u guys cut the crap, i helped and the young lady told me the truth about everything. . . Regardless if its going towards school or just getting them out the street to do something positive who cares. . They trying i would rather them be at my front door instead of my back door or street corners. . So stop judgement on people cause none of you are perfect thats all. . . And every time i see a kid out there i am going to help cause i am going to get my blessings. . .

I ordered a set of childrens encyclopedia for my 2 grandchildren over a year ago. This company has cashed my checks and I have never received anything from them. I was also told about him selling the books to win points, what a bunch of BS! He played me for me wanting my grandchildren to have every resource possible to them to learn ( they were 4 and 6). Please if you have a person knock on your door and their from Millenium sales, shut the door as fast as you can! These are some very slick fast talking con artists that will take whatever they can get from you and don't care who they hurt in the meantime! This cost me well over $125 and I have nothing to show for it. Next time I will go to Barnes and Noble!

I was just scammed by these people in Little Elm TX. After reading all these reviews I have contacted my bank and canceled the check. I'm concerned they will use my check info against me now. I heard the exact same story as everyone else has and decided since the check was more than what my bank charges to cancel the check it was worth it.

I (and many others) were approached by some TOPS group at the mall with the same sob story about the points to earn a grant for college and all I had to do was donate a certain amount of money to purchase a book that would be donated to a children's hospital. Me being a recent graduate I definitely feel for others who are trying to make it through school. Unfortunately, I read this thread AFTER giving a young man, $52 cash (which he insisted on cash only). I was able to catch him about 30 minutes later & asked for my cash back & handed him the receipt. He brought me back to his table full of others trying to scam money...(I guess to back him up) & he refused to give me back my money saying that he gave it to his sponsor already. His little clique (group of 2 young black men, & 1 young black female) got on the defense really fast saying that anybody could write a negative untrue comment on a website & that since I signed the receipt the deal was done & had to call headquarters for a refund. I was just in complete disbelief that these young kids were holding out on my money. I demanded he empty his pockets and he only emptied one and continued to pretend my money wasn't in his other pocket. Unfortunately I couldn't fight him bc I am a young female myself & I didn't feel like getting jumped either...I also didn't have my pepper spray so I had to leave without my money. I did call mall security to inform them that baby scam artists were harassing customers. Whoever trains these young teens to tell blatant lies, shame on you. These kids are doing nothing of merit. You want to go to school, get a real scholarship or take out loans like the rest of us, bum. And yes, that's him.

To date our organization has done everything we can from terminating members who misrepresented us or the publications, to staying in constant contact with the clwrainhouae we have a contract with to clear our orders to make sure all orders and or complaints or handled and resolved and even directly calling all customers to varify all orders and all posting updated clarifications and warnings on our website.
Yes there are problems but we are working to resolve them and as stated on our site our members not only earn an income under a commission status but also earn points per sales to win cash awards which many of our members can choose to use to go bsck to school or start a small business venture But under our P.O.W.E.R. program it provides an educatiobal opportunity to progress in many areas in an individuals life while enjoying the benefits of traveling .
Our website is http://www.mabjobs.com and it is an open book type transparent site explaining everything about me, my organization, business and beyond unlike many other traveling sales crews that do not have a website or run an organization anyway they like because some bekieve in QUANTITY meaning they do not care how or who they hire as long as they promote sale while we believe in QUALITY it's not important how many people we have but the quality of the type of people., not to say we don't have our share of problems, every business, company, school, organization, institution, church and ecen family have their share of problems but we are working to make changes and improve them not ignore them .
If anyone has a complaint on an order they received please email me a copy of their receipt with a written complaint and I will work with the clearinghouse to help resolve it.

Michael Bosch is running a scam and the thing is the Magazine Publishers Association of America nor any of these magazine publishes endorse of work with this company. In August they came to the wrong door of a magazine industry executive in Connecticut. As of today it stops. The Direct Marketing Association, The MPA, Time Inc, Hearst, Rodale Johnson publishing, and all of the major distribution agents have been notified. The marks and e logos of the aforementioned companies are being used without their permission. This is rogue business and money is being stolen from Americans when these young people come to the door with their sob stories. The fact is none of them are college students. Smart college students do internships. The fact that he is using people of color and trying to appeal to errant teens is deplorable. Magazines are very inexpensive.
They do not that 12 - 20 weeks to arrive and anyone who wants them can go directly to the magazine website. Mr. Bosch's website is a joke and a mess as well. Desperation and a lack of guidance in unstable economic conditions is what helps him recruit.
His Linked in shows zero connections to the magazine industry authorities and in fact the compliance units of these companies will be filing a official complaint about Millenium Sales Inc and possibly a lawsuit for the abuse of marks.

I was approached by a polite and kind pair of young students this evening. They were very complimentary of my looks, and what I was doing. They asked if I worked out, they gave me the shpiel, told me all about the "points" they would get and how much it would help them out, and when it came down to prices, things got a bit sketchy. They kept going over the form with the dollar amounts and going back and forth about "the deposit", "the bill", and then the procesing fee which finally came out to over $60 for a book (with DVDs included, what a deal!) and never mind the fact that they had no catalog nor any sort of indication of what I was buying, who wouldn't jump at an opportunity like this?
Well, I wouldn't. I've been taken in by enough things like this that I knew what I was seeing. As soon as I said, "I'd really like to help you out, but I'm sorry..." the dust had barely settled from them turning their backs on me and hitting the road again. They were so friendly, complimentary, nice, polite until it became apparent that I was not going to pony up any money for their overpriced magazine subscriptions or books then they turned their backs and tried to insult me as if I wasn't there.

I truly feel sorry for them, since I have no doubt they are being exploited by the greedy ones at the top. From what I've seen here and on other sites, it seems like I got off fairly lucky and got a pair that were just hustling and weren't as bad as some. But I'm glad I listened to my instincts and told them "no". I hope they find something better than the outfit they're currently running with.

PLUS there are some whom are going door to door asking or accepting DONATIONS and that is against the law and program policies so if you encounter someone doing so please take their names and report them A.S.A.P.
IMPORTANT
We do not accept hand outs donations or contributions of any kind so if any member of an organization tells you that any amount of money you give them will equal to points towards their contest it's a LIE and so please refrain from doing so.
A potential customer can DONATE a book or magazine subscription to someone only if their paying the total cost and if you choose to do so please make sure you look over and carefully read the receipt and that you are given a receipt indicating that the total is fully paid and that you have no balance.

very true ' and sad but still it is an individual sales rep and NOT the company, THAT PERSON came over your home and unfortunately stole from you AFTER you had the heart to not only open your doors and allow her in but to try and purchase something you didn't want in the first place because you wasn't just sitting around the house waiting or expecting anyone to come around and sell you nothing and it is DIRT like this that make it bad for those others whom are honestly taking advantage of the program and tryin g to better their lives and I am truly sorry for your lose because now one one else will ever have an opportunity to be helped by you because of these two girls but if you still have the receipts then their names rep code number and order number is still on it so if you can email it to me I can forward a complaint directly to the company and if they are still working I can demand that they be charged and even displaced from the program. powerprogram33@gmail.com
But again please understand the clearinghouse is only a company that receives and clears orders by contract for over five different organizations nationwide and it is each organizations responsibility to train monitor and even inspect all orders before submitting them to make sure they are done properly but again not until an order is messed up or a complaint comes in does anyone know theie's a problem but if this person or persons are on a crew that I;m aware of then I will report it IMMEDIATELY
and again I am truly sorry for this because I try very hard to pay it forward and work to help change the lives of many minority based inner city youths nationwide in helping them to find a second chance with and through a work study program like this, Please email a copy of your receipt to me as soon as you can.

Two Black young people man/woman came to my door with the same scam as listed above. Needed points for college/trip etc. I bought two children's books and gave them two checks. The woman asked to use the restroom & I let her. When she left I discovered she had taken several items of value. I made a police report and have a case number and there is an active warrant for her arrest! I stopped payment on both cks. within 20mins. of them leaving. I filed a complaint with the BBB even there are not BBB accredited. They are being investigated. The police warrant will also be active in the state this woman told me she was from, so I hope they catch her soon. She stupidly left her chewed on pen behind, so the police have her DNA as well. I will get my cks. back, believe it! Don't tell me this is not a scam company. They have 100"s of complaints everywhere you look when you Google them. They have no transportation and wear back packs (which of course is where she put "MY" personal items she stole from me in). No one else has been in the house period, & I wore the jewelry one day before she took it! And for the person on here cussing people out, you are validating your guilt and ignorance. Very sad indeed.

PS. and remember we keep a paper trail of complaints coming in from clients about former agents who screwed up and stole lied robbed cheated and or asked for donations while working and some of those same agents who are up here complaining know all too well about these problems because THEY were the ones doing them but now that they've been fired and have to go home a failure with nothing to show for it because they were losers and trouble makers then they look to blame someone else for their setbacks. not to say that there isn't problems in the industry as a whole, YES there are delays in the clearinghouse with mailing products on a timely fashion but many of that has to do with penmanship and or writing orders legibly" several agents have scribbled through a receipt writing too fast where orders have to be pulled and checked or verified manually which takes too much time but there is no excuse for that' the company should call or contact as many customers as possible and inform them of the delay, then there are agents who throw away the receipts and keep the money and so the company has no idea that a customer bought a book or magazine until the customer finally decides to put in a complaint then the process of having them to mail in a copy of the receipt they was left with turns into a tedious task of investigating because the slick sales person may have altered the receipt by not writing their names or code number and may have blackened or scratched out the top left order number so now there is more delays and complaints and believe be a lot is being done to try and resolve these problems by updating the credential policies and setting up programs to minimize these types of problems but again a slick individual will always try and ONE UP someone for their own greedy gain.

WHO ARE THE TOPS? ( THE FACTS ) TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY "
In a world full of negatives where we are accustomed and conditioned to act like the masses while accepting the robotic negative status quo as the norm The TOPS and The POWER program works to try to teach our members GROUP POSITIVE THINKING and unity while re-introducing a family type community environment where we strongly believe in helping each other succeed in every way creating positive human support groups.
As TOPS.Our formula for the ladder of success was carefully crafted to where one would know when they are ready to move up in the industry and the ladder starts as follows"
1.) TRAINEE /NEW PERSON
2.) TRAINER
3.) CAR HANDLER/SUPERVISOR
4.) ROOM LEADER
5.) JUNIOR MANAGER
6.SENIOR MANAGER

A trainee will learn to develop people communication skills direct sales marketing negotiations power closing and consistency.
A trainer is ready to build and create their family tree and learn to duplicate themselves and teach others the sames traits while building a team / family tree of trainees that will LOOK LISTEN & LEARN and follow your patterns which will later be helpful in preparing you for car handler/supervisor position.
Now a car handler is also known as a territory supervisor which are responsible for their vehicles and the people in it.
car handlers not only serves as car pool service providing transportation to our reps to and from work but they also are responsible for finding suitable territory for our reps to work in and in many cases has to serve as a self proclaimed case worker or counselor of some sort while dealing with every individuals different personalities, their concerns complaints and or anything that may arise like working with their rejections bad days lack of confidence etc and help in their daily progress by holding pep talks and up to even taking them out to show them a proper closing if necessary.

Now a ROOM LEADER is as important if not more important also because they have to deal with their room mates bad bays and negative attitudes hearing their grips and complaints and working to hold a GETCHA MIND RIGHT meeting and get them back on track for a better day the next day. Also a room leader besides keeping their rooms well kept and clean usually creates a bulletin board chart in their rooms showing their room mates the technique to OPERATION BREAKDOWN to learn consistency and progress in their business, and a good room leader LEADS BY EXAMPLE and have their business most of the time during the week.

Then comes the junior manager"/ newly promoted. which will work with the sales crew and help hold meetings prepare activities on the crew hire people pay bills trouble shoot problems etc.

A senior manager may often over see the whole organization with several managers and their plate is definitely full when it comes to managing. If done properly while finding ways to advance or keep up with the times but at the same time sticking to the principal basics which was designed to hold the crew together like crazy glue then many success stories may follow later.
We must remember that in the regular outside world there is much temptations and negatives that one must protect from like drugs gangs thieves and a host of many other problems and we as a group of positive thinking goal oriented young future entrepreneurs must watch each others back in order to stay on top.

It is easy to get distracted and become negative" Remember that idle time is the devil's workshop and our young folks are not from these states we visit to.
New people should always be watched and or accompanies at all times and not left to wander around in a city or hotel alone, Trainers should always work with their trainees and help them with their presentations answer their questions and maybe take them to breakfast in the mornings and give them a pep talk, take an interest in their progress.
The crew leaders should be doing wake up calls and midnight curfews at night to ensure everyone is up and preparing for a big positive day remembering that punctuality is key to progress and midnight curfews is to ensure everyone is preparing to get proper rest for a positive day tomorrow while at the same time assuring that our crew is safe and accounted for.
MORNING MEETING"
In every profession one must stay ahead of their craft and sharpen their technique's and so our morning P.M.A. meetings are like a racer's pit stop where the race driver will bring the race car in to fine tune it check the fluids the wheels the engine etc in order to run and win a good race, well this is what we do in our P.M.A. meeting ( POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE ) where we work with perfecting our sales presentations and learning to handle T rejections.
So while many of the outside world do not understand our organization and often times stereo type or discriminate our group or industry with accusations some times brought on by a few bad apples we as TOPS need to remember that not only are we minorities but also we are not following the regular conditioned life styles regular society is accustomed to.
This industry while some what unorthodox and unconventional has been around for over 100 years now but has seen it's share of bad news while remembering that throughout the years many different type crews cropped up in the past that chooses to not follow the basics and have done things with their bad habits to where they have tarnished the name and reputation of the outdoor direct sales marketing industry

One must remember that every individual is their own person and what tempts or convinces a person to steal lie cheat or scam others for their own personal private greedy gain is what's been boggling the minds of experts in the field of studying human behavior for many many years to the point where their actions affects either the company school or organization they work for or are a part of and also may create a ripple affect that's been known to destroy reputations and lives.
The sad thing is that when irresponsible reckless individuals create those problems like employee's of fast food chains tampering with the foods they prepare or cashiers stealing money or credit card info's to wall street scams bankers, investment brokers to even door to door sales people lying stealing or misrepresenting the company & product then often times the losers are the clients and the company, the clients may lose their money the company not only may get sued but also receive a bad record with the BBB the consumer affairs or bad publicity etc, and the end result is not only poor ratings but loss of clients and cancellations .
So YES many companies should take responsibility for the actions of their employee's and often times they may implement new rules strict business practices do background checks etc but if a person is a ticking time bomb and they for what ever reason in their personal private lives plan to become reckless or destructive there's really nothing anyone can really do and I'm saying all this because the outdoor direct sales marketing industry even though has been around for over 100 years has taken a beating and it's reputation tarnished by shady companies or individuals that have no regards for anyone but themselves but again PLEASE do not throw out the whole bushel over a few bad apples" I'm not trying to find excuses for them all I'm saying is that in many cases people have done well with the company while in many households nationwide families have enjoyed several popular periodicals and publications by which they have used to educate their children and for that reason kept buying from the company but as generation passes and these fast paced times changes people begin to try and reinvent the wheel and change the basics because they believe it is better or quicker to their advantage and when one begins to try and change the process by where the company or organization was founded on trouble follows
We gotta remember that this type of industry is a world within a world and while living traveling and working together in a close family like community type environment people's true colors will soon begin to show their likes habits true personalities etc while thinking of that let's look at this matter a little further:Our sales reps are independent contractors they make their income by commission only with daily and weekly cash bonuses set up as an incentive to help people progress and do better and also an opportunity to win company cash awards. Now even though we teach daily seminars for free on how to handle rejections or keep a positive attitude some people still can't handle rejections they cave in to peer pressure others have or may develop bad habits and some may result into lying to the customer to make the sales or misrepresentation stealing etc.

When the company finds out they give warnings but these problematic agents now begin to partake in inappropriate activities while still on the crew like drinking smoking weed or taking other drugs getting into fights with their peers so since they were walking a type rope they now get fired and sent home so many leave with no money because they were already in the red squandering their earnings with bad habits and choices or screwing up receiving complaints and cancellations etc so rather than blaming themselves for their downfalls setbacks or failures they blame the company or organization because in many cases they are ashamed of going back home to their families without nothing to show for .

Now the company took a loss by providing room & board and even though they were not producing they would still receive monetary draws and week end advances so when they finally leave the company took a loss but over all it is an investment and a write off and many reps turn out to be great sales people and a benefit to the industry and themselves.

But again when these failing agents are sent home or fired rather than taking responsibility for their screw ups they blame the company or organization by saying they didn't pay them or treated them unfair or worked them like slaves or anything to plead their case or pass the blame

I do understand to an extent that the company bares certain responsibility for their employee's behaviors but when a person is acting negative they will tend to react in a reckless manner with no regards to anyone but themselves they try to blame everyone even society for their failures rather than checking themselves.

Many people have gone to be successful out of this industry bought homes started other businesses made enough money to go back to school etc.

Many are still in the industry or learned from the industry to where their experience helped them launched other careers in their home towns and then there are those who didn't make it or failed or didn't pan out

but over all the out door direct sales marketing industry is still a respectful successful lucrative industry
So hopefully this personal story presentation will help our readers better understand the life of a traveling sales person and or our industry and hopefully not judge us because of the stupidity of a few.
Many of us are hard working law abiding tax paying loving Godly people many with families as well who are just trying to progress succeed and excel in our lives because like I always say"
FAILURE IS MIND OVER MATTER-IF YOU DON'T MIND FAILING THEN IT WON'T MATTER"

I worked for Millennium Sales Inc. and I was harrased the whole time. They starve their agents if they dont bring in cash or even orders. They cramp the kids in roach motels. I have gotten cussed out on multiple occassions for not getting people to buy their products. (Books and Magazines) They persuade the agents that want to leave to stay by bribing them with lies saying they will get promotions. They let the agents fight and give no discipline. They steal out of the peoples houses if invited in. They lie and say the total is the deposit and take the extra money. No body has licenses to solicite. if stopped by cops they run or lie and say they didnt know and go to the next neighborhood or city to keep scamming. The managers co-pay the agents with less then $1 to $10 to eat at night and only give them a small option of Mcdonalds, JAck In The Box, Wendys, Burger King and Dominos. If sick they still force you to go out and knock or you go home or possibly wont eat that night. I was hit pushed scratched up and also talked down to and I made it home on mega bus with no money or food out in the rain for a lay over in Atlanta from 3pm to 7am... I had to leave Texas to PA. An agent that has been there for 2 years attacked me, she was a former military and yet they kept her there and told me worrying about her wont sell the books. Im engaged and pissed they seperated me and my fiance on seperate busses on purpose trying to bribe me to stay and move onto another guy with money. I am just happy I am away from the most negative part of my life. If an agent comes to your door and says they are from Millennium Sales Inc. or TOPS Orginization, please call the police. Right now they are located in Houston, TX @ 12500 North Freeway at the Knights Inn.

you're probably one of those Fups who left the business or got fired for your screw ups and so rather than go back home a failure you blame others for your setbacks or downfalls so as not to look bad and it is easy to prove because companies keep a paper trail of screw ups and bad business and if you like we can copypaste them and put you on blast for everyone to read and see that you are a loser and a F up and are only mad because you got caught and fired.

Michael Angelo, stop copying and pasting that tired passage from your site that only you defend Millennium sales inc. You people are scam artists. As I've said, I worked for you people so I know. It's not just the new employees It's the very same ones who still work with the company who taught newer employees how to rip off customers. The company has been aware of this for years but they will not I repeat will not stop their workers from getting money no matter how they get it. The company benefits and profits off the stolen money from customers. That's how you (Millennium Sales) are able to keep providing room and board, transportation and trips as well as shop all on the customers expense. Meanwhile even if a employee makes an honest sale, the customer still doesn't receive their books or magazines because you aren't affiliated with any of the publishers or the better business bureau. Nor do you provide legitimate phone numbers for which the consumer can call to cancel their orders or complain about misrepresentation. Anyone who buys from this company, won't get their merchandise nor their money back. People really have to fight against this group. It's hard because you people travel and don't give out your phone numbers nor even tell the customers you in and out of hotels everywhere you go. There is no real address for the office.
