I found the technicians who installed my new hot water tank, ***, efficient, courteous, informative and professional. Also, they wore face masks, put on booties when inside and laid down a 'red' runner to protect the floors.

My 14 year old furnace broke down and needed to be replaced. In the middle of winter and a pandamic! Within a week I had been provided with pertinent information on a replacement and given options. The two technicians *** and *** replaced the furnace, always keeping their distance, wearing their mask and leaving the place clean. I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Francis Plumbing for sending *** to fix the caulking on a recently installed new toilet. *** was able to fix the issue, however, it needed to be reinstalled since it was not installed properly in the first place. He was courteous throughout the process and did an excellent job. Customer satisfaction was his number one priority. Well done and thank you.

We use them to maintain the furnace and air conditioner and most recently replaced the least popular appliance in the house. The old on demand water heater was slow to provide hot water and had to be reset frequently. Francis provided a better quality product, on time and on budget with good service. The hot water heater now ranks as the #1 appliance in the house for those who take long showers!

Francis Plumbing and Heating has consistently provided excellent service over the years. The technicians always explain exactly what needs to be done and why. Not only are they efficient, but they are always pleasant. A case in point of the excellent service is that yesterday I phoned for advice for a relative in another city. ***, willingly and quickly provided a complete response to my question. This was more evidence of the great service that Francis provides.

Had Francis Plumbing and heating install, an air conditioner, furnace, tankless water heater and three toilets. All workers including *** and the plumber that installed the toilets did an amazing job on the new installations plus cleaning up after they were done. They were always courteous and happy to explain operation of the new appliances. I only hire Francis Plumbing and heating for all my plumbing heating and cooling needs. 22 November Our 10 year old NTI wall 'demand' tankless hot water system stopped providing hot water. Your excellent technician *** resolved the outstanding problems, and the hot water system is now working 100%. We appreciate that *** kept us 'in the loop' throughout and explained all actions, options and costs in a clear, friendly and professional manner. I woke up this morning with no heat, -13c. I called Francis and they were able to reschedule some appointments and the technician arrived at 11:00a.m. *** was the technician and he wore the proper PPE, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, replaced the parts and had my boiler running very quickly. I have used Francis in the past and will continue to do so going forward. The services provided by Francis is next to none. We want to let you know how pleased we are with our new furnace and air conditioner. From start to finish we were impressed. *** in sales was very knowledgeable and thorough in discussing our various options. During the two day installation (we had heat after the first day) *** and *** were friendly, courteous and efficient. Throughout, *** explained each step and where necessary, brought our wiring and plumbing up to code. We appreciated that as they entered they placed drop cloths on our floors and also thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. We are really happy that the new furnace is whisper quiet , too. We highly recommend Francis Plumbing.

We had our aging/failing furnace and old rental water heater replaced by Francis Plumbing & Heating team in the middle of winter so professionally and I couldn't thank them enough for it. Adam took a lot of time with me to go through the initial process of selections and options. He was super helpful in every question and concern I had and he provided me with a quote I was happy with. Installation team Ian and Jordan H came in within few days and did an amazing job of taking out the old very carefully and installing the new equipment without cutting corners. They have have tested thoroughly both the furnace and heater and explained me what I need to know and pay attention to. Marie in the office was also very pleasant to deal with. Seriously I am very happy to be their first time customer and would recommend Francis Plumbing & Heating.

I had Tankless water heater, HEPA Filter, and Humidifier installed and annual maintenance Given the variety of what was done they made sure that the appropriate expertise was on site. Josh & Kyle E, Phil & Nick and Kyle S,. that is everyone I dealt with was amazing including the office staff, they were friendly and Courteous. From getting a list of options and the quotes from Tim. the options, pros and cons were well explained and supported with literature. The installations and service were all done on time and within the planned scheduled. They cleaned up the maze of pluming, gas pipes and wiring we had, the end result is very clean and nothing is in the way. Their prices were also very competitive, and I will definitely call on them again and will be calling them for future maintenance. Also their COVID protocols are very reassuring, that includes the use of disinfecting wipes on everything they touch, including hand rails, doors etc. thank you to the whole team Daniel P

Francis Plumbing & Heating was called to give us a quote for a gas line connection to our BBQ. We had just bought the house a few days ago. After waiting for weeks, they finally showed up and gave us the quote. I agreed and paid the downpayment for the work. They told me that a gas technician would come to install the gas line in a few weeks. Two gas technicians arrived to do the installation, but they started arguing with each other. After about an hour and a half, they decided they wouldn't finish the job. Even though I had already paid a downpayment, they refused to do the work. I had waited almost 4 weeks and paid the downpayment, but the technicians decided to cancel. We got a letter from our gas company saying we had a gas violation and that they would turn off the gas at our home in less than a week if the issue wasn't fixed. They never explained what the violation was.
