Very professional installation furnace and air condition system .. would not hesitate to recommend Francis Plumbing

Francis Plumbing & Heating was called to give us a quote for a gas line connection to our BBQ. We had just bought the house a few days ago. After waiting for weeks, they finally showed up and gave us the quote. I agreed and paid the downpayment for the work. They told me that a gas technician would come to install the gas line in a few weeks. Two gas technicians arrived to do the installation, but they started arguing with each other. After about an hour and a half, they decided they wouldn't finish the job. Even though I had already paid a downpayment, they refused to do the work. I had waited almost 4 weeks and paid the downpayment, but the technicians decided to cancel. We got a letter from our gas company saying we had a gas violation and that they would turn off the gas at our home in less than a week if the issue wasn't fixed. They never explained what the violation was.

Technician was very professional and solved the problem quickly. Delightful sense of humour as well. Would welcome him back anytime.

They were on time, explained everything, provided the quote, did the work, and left a clean work area. Really great service.

Efficient, courteous, informative and professional. Also, they wore face masks, put on booties when inside and laid down a 'red' runner to protect the floors.

They also cleaned up some of the problems areas they found from work from other companies - gaps around the cooling coil for a/c and sealing air leaks. Thanks again.

We use them to maintain the furnace and air conditioner and most recently replaced the least popular appliance in the house. The old on demand water heater was slow to provide hot water and had to be reset frequently. Francis provided a better quality product, on time and on budget with good service. The hot water heater now ranks as the #1 appliance in the house for those who take long showers!

Not only are they efficient, but they are always pleasant. A case in point of the excellent service is that yesterday I phoned for advice for a relative in another city, willingly and quickly provided a complete response to my question. This was more evidence of the great service that Francis provides.

Had Francis Plumbing and heating install, an air conditioner, furnace, tankless water heater and three toilets. All workers did an amazing job on the new installations plus cleaning up after they were done. They were always courteous and happy to explain operation of the new appliances. I only hire Francis Plumbing and heating for all my plumbing heating and cooling needs. Professional from start to finish.
