I called about a leak at my home. Pure Plumbing came out the next morning, found the main problem (water main) as well as a few other issues. They provide me with several options. Once I told them what I would like to have done, they immediately got to work on it. The guys who came out to address the issue were prompt, polite, friendly and they worked their butts off in extreme heat. They also communicated everything to me and let me know when they would be arriving and leaving every day as well as what would happen next in the process. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing for any of your plumbing related needs.

My water system was installed a couple of weeks ago and gentlemen were friendly and professional. Kyle G. worked several hours to install system and made sure everything was working before he left. He walked me through the system and showed/told me what I needed to do. Today he came back because I thought there's was a problem since I didn't see water in the can in the garage but there was nothing wrong. He checked everything and assured me that the system was working properly and patiently and professionally explained everything again. It was a pleasure to have someone in my home as courteous and professional as Kyle G

Jared the plumber showed up on time and ready to work on my repair near my washing machine. He was able to give me a quick and accurate quote performed the work and then actually returned with a few zip ties to assist with holding my drain hose on my washing machine in place so as not to cause a spillage. The dispatcher found time the day I requested the call to have Jared at my home to perform the repair. Since they were concerned enough to send a follow up phone call to me a week later I felt it was necessary to let them know they're doing a great job! This is the type of customer service we care to see when spending our money on home repairs. Keep up the good work pure plumbing you're doing a great job!

Pure Plumbing has been our go to company for 8 years now. We've had crazy complicated jobs from fixing a sewage leak underground, to installing new toilets, garbage disposals & water softeners, to the most recent job of adding a water filtration system to our guest house. Nick S. was our technician and he'd done excellent work for us in the past, so when he told me he could mount a water filtration system in a tiny closet above the water heater (which was the only available space), I knew he could pull it off. Pure Plumbing has consistently provided knowledgeable, professional, friendly service. Their customer service from dispatchers to plumbers is exceptional. Thanks Nick & Pure Plumbing for once again coming to our rescue!

Yesterday, I received a notice from the water department telling me that they detected a leak and my water bill was $40.00 higher than last month. I called Pure Plumbing and they set me up with an appointment today. Daron the technician showed up at the appointed time. He spent some time searching for possible leaks. At the end of his search he came in and explained to me every leak he had found and showed me the areas of concern. I was given an estimate and approved it. He then proceeded to fix all the leaks. Daron was very knowledgeable about things that had to be done. He was polite and courteous. He came in the house with his mask on. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing and Daron. I will certainly call them with any other plumbing issues I have.

Daron came out to fix a leaky water line going into the hot water heater. He is top notch! He answered all my questions even went above and beyond to make sure pressure relief valve at the tank was corrected to code and insulated the hot water line to the tank. He did mention my pressure reducing valve (rated 25-75 psi) has failed based on the fact the pressure at hose on the house reads 85 psi. After he left I realized I also had a handheld pressure meter. After connecting mine to the bib it read just under 80 psi closer to 78 psi. I am definitely not trying to argue his point and certainly realize that my gauge may be less accurate - it's possible. At any rate it's a $695 fix for them to do to replace it. I will still call Pure Plumbing in the future!

I had an emergency call to fix some plumbing underneath my sink. Talk about a lifesaver, especially with the holidays coming up I could not afford to have kitchen sink issues. Here are three reasons why I will use their service again:
1. Professional workers - Sammy came to do the work at my house, he was polite, well dressed, and very detailed and neat on the work that needed to be done. Overall, he left left underneath the sink better than he found it.
2. Reasonable cost - You don't have to worry about being overpriced. The in home estimation was fair and adequate for the job.
3. Quality work - There is nothing worse than paying for bogus plumbing work. As I said earlier. Sammy did an excellent job with the plumbing. He showed his work afterwards and let me see that there were no leaks. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be using Pure Plumbing again.

After my water heater burst, I asked a dear friend for a plumber recommendation. She suggested Pure Plumbing and the two plumbers that came out - Nick (lead) and Chris - were outstanding. Patient, thorough, respectful, trustworthy. They both took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything to my satisfaction. I upgraded to a tankless and couldn't be happier. It was two days of work (of course, they made sure I had hot water after the first day) at the house with all the various plumbing issues (house is 26 years old and I just recently bought it). At the beginning of day 2, Nick expressed that the company needed him elsewhere and another team was going to take over. Well, that did not sit right with me and I was able to express to the supervisor how important the feeling of trust is to me, and the company managed to keep Nick for the completion of my job. Thank you Pure Plumbing. Thank you Nick. Thank you Chris.

Wow! What can I say? We woke up to a leaking water heater on a Sunday morning. My usual plumber doesn't work emergencies. What to do? I had heard good things about Pure Plumbing so I thought I'd give them a call. My call was promptly answered and I was told someone could be out to see us (even tho we weren't customers of theirs). I got texted and emailed to confirm that someone would be coming. When the tech was less than 30 minutes out I got a phone call telling me that as well as a text showing me that Daron was coming. Everything after that was even better! Daron was so professional and expert at his job. He replaced our water heater after explaining all options open to us and letting us make the decision. We also decided to replace our ancient water softener which will help with the new water heater. I wish I had enough words in my vocabulary to say how happy I am with Pure and especially Daron. Pure, you have new customers in us! Thank you!

Beware! Pure Plumbing gouges innocent senior citizens. If I could leave zero stars, I certainly would. Pure Plumbing recommends dubious "solutions" at exorbitant prices. After spending almost $4,000 dollars less than a year and a half ago to have Pure Plumbing "jet" the pipes of my home (which I later realized was simply them sticking a power washing nozzle down the clean outs and turning on the water), they came out to my home this week and recommended the same solution when my kitchen sink was draining slowly. The quote? $1,100.00. Just gross and disgusting overcharging. I bought a jet nozzle for my hose, stuck it down the clean out and turned on the water. Boom, problem solved. Total cost? $5.99. Shame, shame, shame on you Pure plumbing. PURELY taking advantage of innocent customers. Company was combative when confronted with this situation and has done nothing to rectify it. Plenty of plumbing companies out there... do yourself a favor and find another one.

Pure Plumbing has always provided quality service and professional employees to help meet our plumbing needs, over these past 10+ years. Sammy was no exception He really helped us out in what turned out to be a very challenging situation, moving houses. In addition to performing the originally scheduled service, he went way above and beyond in fixing other problems that showed up during the scheduled visit. He had to make a couple of trips to the store to get additional parts, along the way. He worked beyond the normal time limit to ensure that we were satisfied in every way with his service and that Pure Plumbing met our needs. I was so very appreciative and moved by his level of commitment and dedication and professional knowledge. I definitely look forward to working with Pure Plumbing and Sammy, at our new house. In fact we just signed up for the yearly service for the water heater and water softener and are looking at other options as well. I appreciate Pure Plumbing's knowledge and trust them to keep meeting our needs. Thank you Sammy!

I've had a plumbing issue for months and have had several plumbers out to my home who had been unsuccessful in helping me resolve the issue. When I called Pure Plumbing I had already lost hope. Justin K. was dispatched to my home and he showed up he was very confident he would not give up until he was able to resolve the issue. He checked everything that could caused the leak and realized it didn't come from a leak inside my home. At that point he could have left and said there's nothing he could do as many others have. But instead he continued to try to help me and recommended someone else his company works with who was able to finally resolve my issue. Months of stress and worrisome, I could never thank him enough. He had great customer service, was very knowledgeable and was really what you want when you call a plumber. Someone who will actually help you, who won't try and take advantage of you and talk you into unnecessary services just to make money. I will always call Pure Plumbing whenever I have any other issues and request him. And if anyone asks for a recommendation I will always suggest him and the company. I cannot thank him enough and I hope the company appreciates the great asset they have in Justin. Thank you again!

We had bought the 25-yr old house 6 months ago, and started noticing potential plumbing/sewer issues. New to Vegas, we called Pure Plumbing in panic only because of their ad in the Home magazine. In retrospect, we were really LUCKY to have called them because it could've been a disaster instead. This very 1st experience with Pure Plumbing last week was amazingly exceptional! It started out with Justin K's multi-hour step-by-step evaluation/diagnosis of the plumbing systems in our house, via visual inspection and supplemented with cell-phone photos as well as sewer-camera imaging. Then, two technicians Diego & Luis were immediately dispatched to perform necessary work including replacing the old water heater with a tank-less system. They were diligent/conscientious and worked until dark without a stop, and answered our questions patiently. Even though Justin, Diego, and Luis had all demonstrated their evident level of knowledge and experience, a supervisor Wayne further impressed us by visiting on both days to inspect and ensure delivery of top-notch work. This shows Pure Plumbing's corporate culture of hiring the best people to provide the best customer service without sparing any expenses. Amazing, especially during the Covid-19 era! I'd recommend Pure Plumbing to any one without hesitation!

This is my second time in a month to utilize Pure Plumbing.
My problem begin when the plumber, sent by the home warranty company that I had to severe ties with due to a less than knowledgeable plumber and an inefficient office staff.
When the home warranty plumber, misdiagnosed and exacerbated the problem with my toilet, I began reading on line reviews and talking to neighbors in hopes of finding a reputable company.
I decided to hire Pure Plumbing. When their first plumbing technician arrived, I was a bit apprehensive, however, Kyle G, with mask on, booties and gloves in hand introduced himself. I already knew who he was because the office had sent me a bio, picture included, informing me he was in route to my home. I found out later, this is standard procedure with this company.
Kyle was knowledgeable, professional and explained what needed to be done.
Last week, I had a water softener problem. I called Pure Plumbing again. Juan Castillo, plumbing technician, arrived with mask on and PPE in hand. He followed a similar protocol as Kyle, keeping me apprised of what needed to be done. Juan, was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.
I seldom write reviews; I find most companies provide less than adequate customer service. Pure Plumbing and its employees are truly the exception.

Great technicians but awful customer service. I called about a sink that had trouble draining. The person they sent out was very friendly but told me that the job would cost $500 due to the age of the house and would require a $250 deposit. I said that was fine, so I wrote the check. Something he mentioned, however, bothered me. There was a good chance that he would break through the main sewer line and if that happened he didn't know the next steps. The next morning I called to cancel because I am not currently working and it is my only bathroom. If the sewer line gets broken through, I cannot inhabit the house and do not know how much that would cost. The person on the other line said she understood completely and would do the same thing. I asked about the deposit, and she it was not a problem, and would let accounting know to not to deposit the check. I was also told I would receive a call from management that day to work out any scenarios of what the next steps would be if an accident occured. I never did receive a call, but the next morning someone called me. I thought, ok, a little late but better late than never. To my surprise, it was a call to confirm the appointment that I cancelled the previous day! I went through the scenario again, and again, the person I spoke to was very apologetic and said the it would be cancelled and the check would not be cashed. And, she was very sorry, someone from management would call me right away. She did cancel the appointment, but the next day I checked my bank account and the check was cashed! $250 for a no show. How can I get in that business? As of me writing this, I still have not heard from anyone.

This is a difficult one to write because, in the end, I think the actual work done was completed very well and professionally. We had a tankless water heater installed to replace our aging tank.

The problem i have is with their business practices and lack of effective/accurate communication. A two-day job stretched to a week+ due to workers leaving early every day for one reason or another. Admittedly, one of the days was understandable due to a family emergency and I absolutely cannot begrudge somebody leaving early to attend to their child. That's just being a good dad.

The job completed on a Friday and I was repeatedly assured that an county inspector & Pure Plumbing employee would be arrive early Tuesday (Monday was Memorial Day) to close the job. Nobody ever showed up and I was told nothing.

I came to learn that Pure Plumbing plays some shady games when it comes to permitting a project. They (illegally) do the work without pulling permits. Then, after it is done, they submit drawings of the completed work to get an after-the-fact permit pulled. It's only then that they request an inspection which happens a couple weeks after the fact. They also expect full payment before the work passes inspection.

I tried to contact the owner of the company (Andrew A) via phone and the email his office supplied in order to discuss/resolve the issue, but never heard a reply.

Unpermitted work exposes the company and the homeowner to potential fines and long delays in completion. Even though I love the work they did and would love to use them again, I would hesitate because of legally questionable methods that cast a shady layer over the operation. Are there other hidden corners being cut?

Their talented roster of tradesmen/women isn't worth doing business with because legal games are being played with the county. I plan on contacting a Clark County agent to discuss this job and warn them of potential future dishonesty.

1/13. They added 750 and 450 dollars to my bill even though there was a quoted price. They made a copy of my signature and went ahead to approve this higher price without my permission. They are refusing to admit that the mistake was theirs and now they are trying to put a lien on my home. Please give me a call as I have the paperwork to support my claims.. They can either charge me the correct amount or take the water softener back. I can't afford to be overcharged by 1100 dollars. I am a disabled veteran on a tight budget. Thank you.
