Do not send money to this company. I have been talking to them several days and talked to amanda. She lied repeatedly and said things like "oh dear customer don't be upset." she stated that she did not know if their company has items on site. I asked her if pictures are stolen she said she did not know. Live chat does not work and they do not respond. Don't let pictures entice you because they do not have items. When I kept asking questions site went dead and chat stopped working and amanada was gone. She lied over and over again and I asked her if this is a criminal ring and she wrote "I do not know dear customer." I shop online a lot and first impressions say it all. The pictures posted are not theirs.

    The above poster is correct - milanoo.com is ran by a bunch of criminals. I placed an order and didn't receive it for 47 days. When I finally received the goods, they were so poorly made that I would be embarrassed to wear it. I tried to contact customer service for days and wouldn't get a response. Finally when I did they told me there were no refunds. I'm trying to get the charge reversed with my credit card company. They are absolutely fraudulent. Buyer beware!

please do not waste your time and money with this company

I am a very cool calm and collected person, but milanoo has just taken me out of character! I am livid. My wedding is right around the corner and I gave explicit instruction of the style of dress as well as the color I wanted. When I received my dresses they were the wrong color. I requested lilac and the dresses I received were hot pink!!! They instructed me to take a picture of the item and send to their dispute department. 4 weeks later, I got an email from them saying they did nothing wrong and that I would not be reimbursed my $300!!! Prior to ordering, I purchased milanoo's book of fabric swatches the make sure I had the right color! That was useless be cause they still screwed up and refused to give me my money back. Please dont waste your time and money with this company!!! I am very disappointed. I'm now trying to find dresses for my bridesmaids!!! This is so wrong on so many levels!!!

the money you save is not worth the hassle of dealing with such a poor run and dishonest company

I placed an order, which did not contain any custom made items, totaling almost $200 on oct 1st. They stated that the total time for my order to reach me would be 15-17 days. When I had not heard from them by the 19th of oct I emailed them regarding my order status. They stated one item was in the warehouse, and they were working hard to ensure that I would get my order by halloween. Okay I thought, at least they were polite. On the 23nd, my order still had not shipped so I contacted them again. This time I was told that my order would ship in two days if all went well. Things didn't go well, because it's the 26th and they have not shipped my order. I emailed them on the 25th requesting that my order be canceled per their policy which states that if the shipping is delayed on an order they will cancel and issue a refund. Mysteriously, when I requested that my order be canceled per their policy, they stated that they can't because it shipped on the 23td (they same day I contacted them and they said it hadn't). My order status page still shows that my order is being processed and I have not been given a tracking number. When I contacted them via live chat to ask why I haven't been issued a tracking number and why my order still shows its being processed the representative said she didn't know and told me to contact a supervisor (who weren't in at the time) in 12 hours. Basically they are giving me a roundaround so I cannot cancel my order. This is a sham company, stay far away from them. The money you save is not worth the hassle of dealing with such a poor run and dishonest company.

    I am so sorry to hear so many bad reviews about milanoo, I looked around milanoo for some time, however, I gave up my thought since I almost did not hear one good review. But I can not afford to a $1000 dress which I just wear for some hours. One of my friend recommend me perfectweddingforever.com which she have bought a prom dress there, My dress looks awsome, very well made, and the quality is very good.I am so excite when I received her. I know quite a few girls order their dresses from China because of its cheap price. I hope my experience can help you a little. 1)when you are interest in a dress and an online shop, you should google first to see if they have a lot of bad reviews.If yes, you can not buy from there 2)ask delivery date, if they say 15 days, you should give them 30 days in your mind(donot tell them) Hope my suggestions help you a happy shopping abroad.

ship time - 35 days!!! awful

I ordered 3 bathing suits in early december for a trip I was taking in mid january (more than a month later). My order number was en-uk_[protected]_627. I was told I would get my order in 7-10 days. After 3 weeks of nothing, I chatted with "peggy" who told me that I would get my order on january 1. It didnt come. So "peggy" told me there was an issue and it would be delivered january 3rd. It didn't come. I tried calling the company and the phone was busy the whole night. So I decided to go to jc penny and buy a new suit. I left for my trip and the day I came back my suits were delivered. This was 35 days later. I have been trying to return the suits ever since. No one understands my problem. No one will help me. Since I can't get through to them I have tried to have them call me... Nothing has happened. Awful experience. Please shop locally... Do not use this company... Terrible

customer service and return policy

I ordered a pair of ivory lace shoes for my wedding in a size us8. When he shoes came I was so excited. But I opened the box (which was crushed) the shoes were entirely way too big. I emailed their customer service who requested that I send in pics of the shoes and prove to them that the shoes did not fit and the shoe was the wrong size. I did as asked and still have not recieved a refund or chance to exchange for the correct size. The heel of the shoe looks like it was stretched out. After I emailed them a few more times asking what the status is, they gave the run around telling me that it is now past the allotted time for returns and exchanges. This company is the worst!! Is it so hard to exchange the shoe for the size? Now I have to go and spend more money on another pair of shoes because the cutomer service there is incompetent. They have no heart and are not willing to help their customers. I will never buy from them again!!!

    I too ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Milanoo in a size US 8. When they arrived they were the size of a 10 or 11. I took pictures of them next to one of my size 8 stilleto's and emailed them to them. They were very uncooperative and stated that they send the size shoes I ordered which according to their size chart was a size 41. We emailed back and forth for several weeks until one day I looked at the shoes I ordered on their website and their sizing chart had completely changed. Now, a size US 8 is a 38.5 according to their new sizing chart. I immediately emailed them back and demanded they send me the correct size shoes. After several more emails back and forth, I ended up paying $30.00 more for reshipping and for materials for the new shoes but, I got to keep the other 2 prs. that don't fit. After another week, I received an email stating that they can't make my shoes in a half size so I had to choose between a 38 or a 39. I had a few pr. of 39's that fit so I went with that. I received my new shoes a couple weeks later and guess what... they are too big. I gave up!! I really love the look of the shoes and if I do happen to order shoes from China again, at least I know for sure what size to order even if it's 4 pairs later.

    I got the dress that I ordered. There are no defects. The color is way to dark, this is customer dissatisfaction, i guess. I was told to come to this site to see about returning the dress. I can not find anything/anywhere for return information here . What am I to do. I know that there is a 7 day return policy. I have had the dress for 2 1/2 day now. I have to have someone help me befor time runs out.

    I ordred Item #03920006202 Order # en-uk_1106211052_776. I was missing some of the bead work around the sides and back. After emailing the company they said to send proof. So I took three pictures and sent them back . I have emailed them everyday some times twice a day. They will not respond. Very very sad. This dress was a gift for a young girl with very very little. She has been looking at this dress for two years. I wanted to let her know how special she is. Now the dress is flawed. I hope this helps someone else out there not go through this. No way to turn. This company has got me.

This company is awful!!! I found a way to get some help though. Call them!!! Don't use the exact number on the site because its wrong (probably on purpose). The real number is 011-862-[protected]. It doesn't have a normal ring sound, its sounds closer to a busy signal sound. They panic when you call. You would have to call after 8pm est to reach them due to the time difference.
Here's my story; my 17yo daughter found the prom dress of her dreams and only wanted that one. So I broke down and decided to buy it. I signed up for their emails which stated I would get $30 off my first order and the site was offering free shipping. I had to pay extra because none of the sizes were even close to my daughter since she has a small frame. While on the site I saw a bunch of costume jewelry for 99 cents and figured I would grab a bunch as stocking stuffers. I ended up buying a total of almost 50 items. I tried to place the order but the site kept saying 'error'. The free shipping was about to end and I could not get an answer through the company's live chat or email address. When I received the email with the $30 discount it stated it was to be spread out over multiple purchase times which was not stated anywhere on their site because I made sure by reading every section over and over. So I called my cell company and added international calling (good thing or I would of been killed by the cost of the many calls I have had to make - plus I found the correct international code on verizon's site). After making them put a manager on the phone named 'steve' (probably not his real name) and explaining over and over (because no one there speaks english very well) that if they don't follow through with their statements I would go to every business agency that could and would stop their ability to sell in the us. The company relented, allowed me to email my order (which I was smart enough to pay for through paypal), and gave me the free shipping as well as the full $30 off my one order. They email me back my total so I can pay through paypal, but it was almost 4 times the amount it should of been because they stated the prices were posted wrong on their site. I called yet again and informed them that was considered fraud and they needed to give me the advertised prices. Finally they said they would honor those prices. I thought everything was going to be fine now... I was wrong!! First I get an email stating that a few of the items are no longer being sold and they have none in stock. I called yet again after I saw they were still listed on the site but instead of 99 cents, they were now $5.99. They stated someone must of 'forgot to remove them'... They are still listed there now, over a month later!! By this time, I was sick of having to call a fight for everything that they should of honored in the first place. But since I already paid and my daughter only wanted that dress, I just picked a few more of items I had already chosen (they again tried to hit me with the highly inflated prices). Once I pointed out that I chose items I had already picked so they had no choice but to follow through with that price, they completed and sent my order. I got my order and I have many missing items, my daughter's dress that I paid extra for to be custom made had only had a small plastic clip added with only 3 stitches to hold it (which broke immediately) while leaving almost 4 inches of extra material including the bone framing it had because it was a strapless dress, the dress does not look like the picture on the site and either do the jewelry I bought, all are made very cheaply to the point that the part of where the earring goes into your ear on many of the earrings is only a piece of raw metal slightly bent and i'm worried if any are even safe to wear because of high lead or other toxic metals that they are most likely made from. Yet again I called and emailed and i'm still getting the run-around!!! I have no clue when this nightmare will end!!! I just want the items I paid for so I never have to deal with these idiots again. If anyone knows where I can get this jewelry tested please post so I can make sure its even safe to have. Do your self a favor and stay away from this company!!! Not to mention all the headaches and high international phone bill!!!

    I HATE THEM I paid 200 dollars for a dress. I just recieved it in the mail (2 MONTHS LATER) and it is completely the wrong dress. And there are pink and black stains all over the white dress. It seriously looks like someone with really dirty hands was drinking kool aid and spilling is on my dress!!! It is a completely different dress than the one I ordered! What is that phone number again? I need to call them to complain and get my money back but OF COURSE they put the wrong phone number on there website!!! Please Help!?!?

    I received two notices from Pay pal last night that Milanoo.com had posted two withdrawals from my Paypal account for services I had not ordered from them.
    I attempted to email them to stop the order, but their email has exceeded it's limit, so now I am working with Paypal to see if they are able to stop the transaction. I have never purchased from Milanoo.com before so am quite surprised to find my account now billed by them.


    I am hoping Paypal will be able to do right for me, as listening to the conversations above, I think I will have some hard times with Milanoo.com.

order never received

Order was placed 29 days and the product has not been recieved. Several emails between myself and the company were made. They assured us that the merchandise would arrive soon. They sent two emails with two different delivery dates. After the second failed delivery I attempted to speak to an online customer service person. After several attemps i was able to communicate with one. They informed me that the dresses were not shipped. Which meant that both dresses would not arrive on time for my childrens homecoming. The company was quick to charge my account the day of the order September 15th but will not answer emails or send the product.

They give you the "run around" they were suppossed to make a tailored dress for me, and its all the wrong measurments, they said I had to take photos and submit them to get an ok to return it, but they are giving me a bogus email, I took pics and I can prove its wrong but they will not help me, I keep asking for a number and they just say the phone is busy, what kind of a business does that, then when I expressed my anger they said not to be "mighty" its a b... S... Business

I purchase a dress from this company in China, thinking that I was going to have it for a ball. Nonetheless, the dress came and it was too small in the torso area. The length the dress was for someone the is about 5'11 and I sent my height of 5'5. The dress was raggedy at the hem of the dress and the material was so heavy and cheap that it was not fit to wear out. I email several times to be told there is no refund. No to mention they advertise a shawl to come with the dress and they did not send it as well. The dress cost me 176 us dollars. i was not able to wear to the ball. I am not understanding how China can take are money without any repercussion. This have to stop because many people are getting scanned by the wholesale company. I ask for my money back and the company refuse to solve the problem.

Do not order. I ordered a bleach costume off this website and it came much later then was expected, the zipper fell off immediately upon trying it on, it looked nothing like the picture. Total crap, cheap knock off. Very disapointed, I will tell everyone on the internet and real life about how much this so called company is a sad excuse for such. Order from a legit cosplay website!

    I ordered something from this site paid for it a month later they decided to tell me that they no longer carried the item I ordered and would refund my money. even though in between that I was told several times my item was on the way to shipping. I believe they just wanted to collect interest off my money.

    I have had problems with Milanoo. They say that their courier tried to deliver the goods to my home when I was out. The courier failed to leave a card. The goods were shipped back to China. I am offered 50% refund despite the fact they have the goods back. They also want 22 more dollars to reship it but cannot guarantee the same will not occur. The emails they send are polite but theyr refuse to budge. This is unlawful in the UK and is a good example of why it is essential not to buy goods abroad over the internet, especially from China. So China gets a bad name because of disgusting business practices. It really makes my blood boil that there is no remedy.

wrong dress, no refund

I ordered my wedding dress from them on 08/13/09. Ordered white and a stock size 10. Was sent a white dress with black trim instead. I immediately contacted customer service as my wedding was quickly approaching. Instead of letting me return it, milanoo offered me 10usd. I guess they figured that only 10% of the dress had the completely wrong color. I went back and forth with them and was offered a full refund finally. Of course I never got it and they refuse to answer my emails or calls now. They said they sent it to my specifications even though I didn't request black on my wedding dress. The sash is not removable and is sewn into the whole front of the dress - a black band of trim. They are criminal. Horrible company. Recieved the dress on 09/11/09 and had to find something on ebay for my 09/26/09 wedding.

    This company is a complete rip off. If you are in the US and purchase anything outside the US there is no protection to receive the goods that you pay for. This is true for the fraud that was commited by Milanoo.com.
    They will certainly take your money but never guarantee your purchase. You have better odds with the lottery than with the integrity of this company. I went to their testimonials site and from the "bogus" compliments made about this company, it is strange they never show you the face of the person in their so-called pictures of individuals wearing their costumes. The compliments have to be made by the company themselves. I have to admit I was taken for my money and I should have known that if it is too good to be true then it probably is. Buyer beware, especially with this company. DON"T BUY FROM MILANOO.COM and make them go out of business.

    Hi everyone. It's bad that you had bad experience with milanoo.com, I guess bad luck for you.

    I'm a wedding dress retailer from Russia, and I ordered two dresses from Milanoo, just to see the quality of their work. Both dresses are stunning! and look exactly like designer dresses on the picture. The quality of sewing is perfect, all the details are beautiful. Customer support is very nice, they always took into consideration my concerns and were very understanding. I recently placed another order of wedding dresses for almost $1000 with Milanoo, they offered me a 15% discount and refunded it back on my PayPal that same day.

    I also ordered Lolita dresses from them, the quality is superb!

    I completely agree I ordered a dress for a friends wedding and the wrong colour dress arrived and they would not return my emails and I tried to talk with them online through their chat and they would make promises and did not refund my money and stopped answering emails. I ordered from another online site and had no problems with them, but never ever would I order from Milanoo and would encourage others to avoid dealing with this company.

    I looked at milanoo for a long time and almost buy my dress from them, I gave up my thought after read so many negative reviews though I think milanoo have professional and beautiful website.

    I finally bought my dress from perfectweddingforever.com which recommended by my friend, it looks very nice and well made!

    Besides me, I do know quite a few people that have ordered from china manufacturers like milanoo, perfectweddingforever for their wedding dresses and have got them come and were very satisfied. Most do advertise that its a designer replica and not the actual brand. Now it does take 4-8 weeks to get it in most cases as thy have to custom make it and then send it. I also know a girl that went to a local seamstress got measurements of all 5 of her girls and sent it and just got all their dresses come last week with no complaints. But again it all depends on you and what you want. If you want the fanciness at a fraction of the cost then go for it ..if money isnt an option for you then maybe not.

bridesmaid dresses

Do not buy from them! I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses from them. When they came, they were very late, lop sided and 2 sizes too small. After contacting them, and sending pictures, they still would not refund or exchange them, even though the error was very apparent. I was left with no dresses, no money and just a few weeks to redisgn my wedding. Again, do not trust this site!

    ok people- I have heard the horror stories and almost became one myself. However, we shouldnt expect to get something for nothing. If we want a georgeous wedding gown for the most important day of our lives, we shouldnt be buying our dresses from a company in China where OUR laws do not apply. Also- they dont know how to talk or spell english. Big red flag. I ended up going to a local bridal store and found the origional designer dress on sale for $100.00. It needs alterations but at least I got to touch it, try it on and wear the REAL thing. I feel awful for everyone who was ripped off by this horrible company. They lie, cheat and steal. I would suggest a local company. Maybe your city has a second-hand wedding salon. After all, they've only been worn once. Or alot of salons have discontinued dresses or floor models. Also people rent dresses. Its better than allowing Milanoo to ruin YOUR BIG DAY! ! !

wrong size

I orderd a large white vinyl catsuit from this online company and they sent me a small size that would probably fit a 12 year old child. Large is 6-12, this was around a 2.

They are a china based company, when I contacted them about an exchange, possibly getting a xxl that would be around the size of an l in their size structure they told me 'we do nothing wrong, you get a large' and would'nt take it back.

Don't waste your money on these commie gangsters.

    I brought four bridesmaid dresses from them and they look nice but looking closer i found some material not sewn together o ne with a pib holding two bits of fabric together. Also you can see sewing holes. Poor quality as it's just the material you wanted but stuck to different pieces of material. Also everything is attached by one stitch and you can see where they haven't even cut the material properly just basically bunched it together and cut so it's all jagged! So dissappointing.

    They offered me $25 but what is that in England these days!!!

I ordered a dress from them in March and it is now September and I still haven't recieved my dress nor refund. I was going back and forth emailing them (because there is no number) trying to get my refund.. and now no one will answer me. THey change domains frequently... TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! Save your time and money and order from some where else!!!

    If you notice they like to comment on their own company!! They are SCAMMERS!!! Funny how Eastbridal is saying how happy they are that they came accross eastbridal.com.

    ha! I'm gonna make sure I let everyone know on any and EVERY review for Eastbridal.com I can find, so other people don't waste their money for nothing!!!

    I received my bridesmaid dresses for bridesmaids, cheap bridesmaid dresses, wholesale cocktail dresses, evening dresses, they arrived in excellent condition within 2 weeks and are absolutely beautiful. Prom dresses are really nicely made and were an excellent fit for both girls. I would highly recommend this prom dress as the price was excellent.
