Late delivery
Placed order on 5/12/2021 for next day delivery hoping to get for 7/12/2001 as we was travelling on 8/12/21 to abroad for wedding but not received this order as yet all it says on website is order has been dispatched but no other information. I have mailed feel unique andbut no reply and there is no option to cancel delivery, we won't be here to accept delivery and did pay extra so it arrives on time
This is very upsetting for me as this was for a wedding. Have heard alot of good things about feel unique service but I am not pleased.

I ordered from Feel Unique for the first and only time 23/11/2021
This was to be a birthday present for someone who is very unwell.
I received a notice from your delivery service saying my order was damaged.
However it arrived dumped on my doorstep 27/11.2021 and did not appear to be damaged.
So far so good, until opening the box, to find the wrong item present.

1 NEOM Real Luxury Body Oil 100ml £29.75
1 NEOM Perfect Night's Sleep Wonder Balm 12g £ 12.75
I paid £42.50
I did not receive the second item i.e NEOM Wonder Balm
instead, there was what looked to be a free sample sized product
ELEMIS Thousand Flower Mask 15ml.
It was not what I ordered, plus I am not prepared to pay £12.75 for a sample sized product - what a rip off!
Have tried your live chat this morning but got cut off, on other parts of the site, got no further because of not being able to provide a photograph of the wrong product for you! I do not have a smart phone and this has been technically difficult for me but the photos are now included of the products and my invoice.
Either refund my money or send out what I paid for. No one is responding to my messages - please respond.
My friend's birthday present is spoiled now and I have also spent over an hour this morning trying to go through the correct procedure to get a response with no luck.
Please forward a phone number so that I can speak to a human being because I am also concerned to find that you are a subscription company and I want to make sure you are not taking money out of my account each month through me unwittingly having ticked a box by mistake.

I spend a fortune at feel unique and save very hard to buy my purchases as I do not earn that much
I recently bought the advent calendar and a large bottle of loccitane Almond Oil.
I didn't realise I was entitled to a free beauty box at the time A few days later I found out this information and feel unique are refusing point blank to help !
You could easily send me the free beauty box on this one occasion but you just refuse to!

Pro bond the lid were not on all 3 items had leaked onto the channel items.
I am going round in circles - I have sent pictures and emailed 4 times.

They have a US site and free shipping that they provide a delivery date for. They do not clearly inform customers that they are a UK company and that items will not be properly customs cleared and tracked.
Only after purchase a few days later, you're hit with the news that it is not arriving on the stated date, is coming from outside the US and isn't tracked and will take a month to arrive. The company refused a refund. Knowing full well from my communications with them that I would have left for my vacation by the time their package arrived (if at all) they said my only option was to return the items, something I clearly could not do and should not be my responsibility to take care or when they are the ones that failed to meet their delivery claim by several weeks, maybe even months. Their customer service was obnoxious.
They still charge for delivery too I made a purchase on Sephora.co.uk they replied me with Feel unique website.I became suspicious and tried contacting them all the numbers aren't working this is a total scam I Reported this to :https://reporting.actionfraud.police.uk/fulfillment.

I have complaint before about your website adding to cart things you won't want and then having delete all. I love your products but try not to use your website because it's so bad, takes forever to sort. Certain items are on your website and very reasonable and staff are very helpful and pleasant. I will never buy anything from this horrible company again, www.feelunique.com is the worst site ever! I bought many items from them (makeup) and when I received my order everything seemed fine. Next morning I decided to try my new foundation and when I applied it on my face it felt strange. It was very sticky and smelled funny. When I checked the expiry date I was shocked because it was over! I checked other products and the same problem was with everything else. How is that even possible? I contacted their customer service and they called me a liar and said that was impossible.
I told them that I can send photos but they refused and told that they don't need anything.
That was the end of the story. They refused to do anything to help. What a terrible company, better stay away from it!
I am only at the beginning of my unfortunate journey with this company, with a first order, which has already spoiled my friend's birthday, but already it has been littered with things that have gone wrong and on top of that, there is no one at the end of a phone line to talk to - hence they seem to get away with what ever they like according to the reviews.

But 3 weeks have passed and since this moment no news and no information about the delivery. She still has no idea if the order has been sent or not. I've ordered from feelunique.com before and delivery took just over two weeks to Orlando. I did contact them and they were really helpful - the police can't do anything, so don't call them! If orders go missing then FU will refund you or send a replacement order. They did say that delivery can take around 3 weeks to the states.
