I brought my car in (on 11/29/2025) to get winter tires put on some new wheels I got. The car was there for 4 hours, and when I picked it up there was a dent in the bottom of my driver side door. The manager denied the damage claiming the lifts prevent that kind of damage. When I spoke to the techs they said they never used to lifts and jacked it off of the ground. I emailed the district manager but he has ignored me. I also contacted corporate a week ago (12/03/2025), who said they would reach out and have the owner contact me, who has still not contacted me, even after I reached out to corporate a second time.
Desired outcome: I would like my door to be repaired from the damage they did
