Midas review: Overcharging

Requested oil change with coupon stating regular or full synthetic.
we have a 2006 Honda Civic that had received regular oil changes, and never used synthetic. When we returned to pick up car they charged us for full synthetic. when we questioned why, they said they no longer use regular oil at that location and hadn't for 2 years, a dubious claim. even though the coupon clearly states regular or synthetic. They then said it was listed on the docket we signed at drop off. we pointed out they had not presented us with a docket detailing the service, and theysaid that was because we ran out before they could, quite a feat for 69 yearold. I did reach out to Midas who took details and promised to get back to me but never did. Frankly I was not suprised based on the atitude at the service center.
