Midas review: Oil change incorrect burned my motor

I had an oil change done to my dodge stratus 2003 on 05/12/2026. Today 05/20/2026 as I was driving to work the oil filter came off and all the oil came off. The oil light turned on and I exist on the first exit and stop on a car shop right by that exit. I had the car check and the mechanic said that something on the motor needs to be replace and quote me for a repair of more that $3500. I went back to MIDAS with the filter and pictures of the oil leak and what happened. They went to get the car for an inspection but by the end of the day today no one was able to tell me what is going on with the car, went is going to be fix or anything else. I called 3 times but was unable to get in contact with the manager, so I left messages for him to call me back. I don't have another car for me to move around so tomorrow is going to be my second day without going to work. I would like to have my car fix and a rental until is done cover by MIDAS because it was their mistake or defective part what damage my property. Could someone please contact me as soon as possible.
