On Saturday 27th, 2025, I drove up to the Midas Automotive shop here in Tucson Arizona at; 3302 North Oracle Road and asked if one of the service providers could assist me with some air for my GMC Yukon Denali and a man approached me and proceeded to put air in only '2' of the requested tires which I asked him to service. He appeared to be a new guy because there were "2" other guys telling him to charge me for air. I was not aware that Midas was charging for air and upon further investigation into the issue I found that this request for money in exchange for customer services involving air was not apart of the Midas Automotive policy. This was totally unacceptable customer service and the person who gave me the air did not charge me but the others insisted that he should. The guy at my truck gave me excellent customer service but your department has a couple guys who should not be working at the store.
Desired outcome: My desired request is to have these guys terminated. My reason for my request is due to the statements they said that it was their policy and this happened around 3:00 PM 3:27 PM. RespectfullyMichael A. Young619-885-6170
