Don’t ever use a credit card to pay for xbox live access. The company will continue to charge your card as “automatic renewal” without your permission, authorization or knowledge. When they did this to me I called to get the charge removed. After an hour on the phone they refused to refund the money. When I asked for a supervisor, they said one would return my call. When no call came, I called the number they had given me, which I had asked for, knowing they wouldn’t call. Guess what. Not a working number. You would think billions of dollars in profits would be enough. Why resort to unethical and criminal business practices. Be careful when dealing with Microsoft. Better yet – don’t deal with them at all.

my hot mail which i was using for serval years under the name [protected]@hotmail.com withpassword shidadug has been hacked by some body few days back and they have given email to all the addresses in addressbook demanding a loan of $2500 saying i am in london and my wallet has been lost etc will you please check up my account find out what password he is now lusing for my account early action requested.

We did not charge this expense of $ 19.99 If this is for 1600 bundle points this is incorrect because we have Bundle Purchase of $ 59.99 for gold 12 month time period starting 11/26/10 ~ we would not need an additional 1600 bundle points for $ 19.99 ! Help!

For years I have been reluctant to purchase an Xbox 360, but until about a month ago, had finally done so. When visiting a friend, I always had a blast playing Call of Duty (COD) online at his house. For all the hours of fun, my friend would repeatedly warn me of the vulgar and ugly racist comments that spewed from the mouths of "some" gamers. After about two weeks of playing COD online, I finally got a taste of the ignorance that my friend so emphatically described and said was all too common. Call me a traditionalist, but one of the reasons that I bought an Xbox was because the fact that Microsoft is an American company. As a fairly young man, that thing matters to me especially in this economic climate. After witnessing the racist comments today, I decided to file a complaint on the gamer. I can only hope that Microsoft will take this type of evil behavior seriously and not think about their wallets. Although I do not have children, if I did COD and maybe even Xbox live would be definitely out of the question. I hope something is done. And soon.

I purchased a gold member for 3 months talking to him on the phone and i mentioned him i am going to purchase it just for three months . My xbox was gone after 3 months but XBOX live kept on charging me without my consent they enrolled me on automatic payments . while calling customer service they dont agree on giving refund and they put my call without resolving . You cannot take consumers money without their consent .

It cost $6.87 to ship a trial version of Excel. It took a week to get to my home. Only had three days to call, cancel and return it. In those few days while I was trying out the program I was charged another $78.00 + tax for an unauthorized order. Tried to call the company and they said my time was up and it was too late for me to get a refund. Called a few more times with no avail. Went down to the bank and they told me they could not help me either. I wanted to originally learn Excel to get a better office job. Now that I am in college I need the program and it will not install or, install manually. All I want is another copy of the program, Please I really need it now. That i have checked my email and i found another email Titled PARCEL DISPATCHED FROM UK TO INDIA It was also sent by Mr. Terry Martins. Last email says that Diplomat, Mr. George Peterson was coming to me to handing over the parcel on 25 May 2011. i bought an xbox in december of 2010 as a xmas gift for my teen. after only 4 months, the tray that opens and closes as been stuck shut since mid-april 2011. i called xbox customer service(read as incompetent and pathetic)[protected](english service) and talked to the phillipines where i had to give and spell all my coordinates 3times, i was promised a shipping order e-mail or direct mailing within 24 hours so i could send the junk to get repaired. a week later i call back the same phone # but this time ask for french service, i'm now talking to egypt, again i give and spellout my coordinates 3 times, again same e-mail or direct mailing promise bullscrap. i call, a week later, best buy, where i bought the xbox junk, they give me a xbox phone# that is impossible for me to reach from my area code([protected]).call back xbox junk aweek later i"m in colorado, u.s. same e-mail promise. week later, gabon, africa, same f!**&& crap. call back best buyand they give me a phone# that is that is not in service([protected]. xbox and best buy quite the pathetic pair. stay away from xbox 360 video games, they're machine is junk and they're customer service, incredibly, is worse. i bought a nintendo 64 10 years ago and it never broke. i bought a ps2 5 years ago and it never broke.

I have wasted nearly two hours trying to contact MSN to let them know that I do not want BING, or any other MSN service, as my default, for anything. Yes, I have tried to remove it from the toolbar, etc... The point is-it should not be this much trouble to say "NO." MSN needs to contact me, @ [protected]@yahoo.com, and tell me exactly how to block them. I also want a direct way to contact their customer service department, if they actually have one...This is a violation of the "NO CALL LIST, " or at least, it should be.

I bought a brand new computer w/ Office Professional and can not view HTML messages in Outlook 2010. I've spent a total of 12 hours of my time in 6 separate tech calls with their tech center in India, but its rather obvious they are not familiar with this product. All I'm trying to do is view my Hotmail (Microsoft) HTML messages in Outlook 2010 (64 bit) but I can only view them in Text only rather than HTML. There is a specific setting to allow HTML but the setting does not work!

I bought the product from Microsoft under the premise that I would receive competent support, but I have been unable to get competent support. In fact, the problem was caused by the Microsoft tech person in India. The Outlook program was working in HTML but I had a sync problem. When they fixed the Sync problem, they created an HTML problem.

My case # w/ Microsoft remains unresolved after 6 attempts!
