Fraud( fake fare on demo portal)
Dear all
I have talk with vishwanath(trawex sales manager) on 24 aug 2020 about portal he gave me a demo of trawex portal i saw fares on that demo portal fares are cheapest than other portals, regularly i watch that 6 months approx, fares are same cheapest fro other portal.
Then i ready to work an believe on this company and i have done 50% advance of project, they have created a portal for me but fares are not as per demo, they cheated me and now no reply from trawex.
I have lost my 1.5 lakh

trawex denied all their promises and extorted money
I see a queue of Trawex victims, we are one of them holidaysatw.com... Trawex approved all our requirements by Anita and Lijoy, but later they denied all their promises.. they go slowly then asking for payments, once to pay staff salary and to finalize the portal as their promised.. in same time they ask for support and maintenance fees before complete the system and launch... really they are not recommended.

I specialize 2 person Anita and Lijoy. they lick all promised and take our money since 2016.. I will continue write against Trawex Technologies to stop the number of victims.

This company is disgraceful! Anita Christina promises you everything. Once you sign a contract and pay your money they do not deliver, instead they ask for more money when the first part of the project is still incomplete. Ridiculous! Careful these guys are cunning fraudsters! Lijoy Mathews is the manager who lacks integrity and honesty. No customer service skills whatsoever. Do your research on them. Have a look at the other complaints, theres definitely a common occurrence here! Be warned!
Communication on project was unclear between both parties which caused a lot of confusion. Trawex and I are working together to find a resolution so we can finalise project.

We was think Trawex one of best technology co., too, but after we deal with them and they take 100% payment For fake reasons without completing platform and then start extortion more money.
- Can you accept platform without financial and sales reports.
- Can you accept to pay support and maintenance fees before platform completing and launching.
- Can you accept to host platform in local host with slow and unsecured address.
- Can you accept to delay launching day 3 times without any reasons.
- Can you accept the fraud of Trawex Technology by sending home page image instead of platform source codes. (Lijoy accept to send to us)

Hello Mr. Mohammad, I think you don't deal with Lijoy, Anita and team in Bangalore.. now more than 14 months I follow them but always request for more money and not complete the platform(they receive 100% payment before complete platform to pay staff salary), also, they as for support and maintenance fees before launch. last Jun 2107 we get deal to deliver full platform source codes but they are cheating by send home page only. they think they are smart but they do a lot of cheating.. so we will go for legal to get our right with Trawex.

First of all, This company is full of trouble. They just want to launder money from Innocent people who become victims later on once you are on the hook after signing the contract. Mr. Lijoy Mathews is one of the frauds in the company who try to be very nice until u get on the hook. He is the manager- they dont even follow what is there in the agreement but expect you to follow. Lijoy Mathews is the person who is responsible for all this stuff... Becoz he is a manager and people do what he executes. I dont want to talk about him more becoz I may abuse him here which I dont want to do here. Final Advice to all: Never ever give the money before the completion of the product, Always pay once they finish atleast the logo part.

I work in travel agency and recently we signed the contract with the website www.trawex.com. It was big mistake, coz we paid money for the software, which turned out to be bad. It didn’t work properly, coz there are several mistakes. Also it was impossible to reach techs or someone from the support team. We wasted money and time. So stay away from them and post your comments about this company and your experience.
