I spoke with matt on april 14 and paid him alot of money in order to pay off all my old medical collections under the terms that it be removed from my credit report. After paying the company removed all of them except for 1 a 595 dollar debt. on june 9th I contacted matt again to ask him why that one was still there and he said they must have forgotten to remove that one but he would take care of it. It is now September 3 and the debt is still showing on my Experian

Upon my yearly review for security clearance for the Department of The Navy, I was informed of a collection account being reported by this company. The collection account is for an account for a business called "***" for the amount of $350.00. With the help of my JAG office here on base, I was able to find out that *** is a walk in medical office that are in business in New York State and Illinois State. I contacted this business at their Cooperate Office located at *** , West Seneca, NY 14224. Upon numerous phone calls and emails with ***, I been informed that they are unable to find any bills that I may owe them and I would have to contact the collection agency who is reporting the account. I have been unable to reach MetCredit USA by any form of communication. I have recently file a grievance through my local JAG office with New York Attorney General's office in NY where Metcredit is currently located. I have also filed through my local JAG office a HIPPA complaint, "All complaints available upon request".
