Meridian Management Group – Apartment

I was promised a move-in ready appartment. The move-in date was pushed back several times and I gave him additional two weeks when I moved in. I had a list of over 21 things I was still not done. I paid for two weeks rent that I couldn’t live in an apartment because it was under “construction“ With repair work today I still have no screens. My kitchen was never painted. I have holes in the walls that were filled in with clay or putty. There was a hole in the bottom of my back door that let the bugs in I have cracked doors I have a vanity that’s warped I have a door there’s install on the wrong side light switches I can’t use because the door is not installed correctly I have bled through paint and numerous other issues. I have a list sent since February 2022 and I’m still waiting for things to be done now they wanna buy me off and telling me oh we can’t paint your appointment according to the fair housing hours is $200 in and you fix it. Send us a bill and you can paint it yourself know I was supposed to have a move-in ready apartment. I have been fighting with them and arguing with them for too long I had roaches when I moved here and had to get them under control myself with my money I had 2 floods cracked woodwork and my ESA was injured due to lack of clean up and broken glass told oh well go through insurance well insurance stated they needed to pay due to negliance and there is so much more
