I was in mercy in Rosebirg or with an UTI from October 31 thru 27 2025. I told them after a day I needed my heart meds and blood thinner. I was given them for 2 days last dose was morning of the 25th . I thought I was getting them Sunday and Monday. I was discharged the afternoon of the 27th . 4 hours later my defibulator fired 5 times . Went back for 3 more days 2 nurses on the PCU said it was because I was denied meds as well as my cardiologist Dr Vallario and my E P Dr Smelley. Your incompit people have cost me several hundred dollars.and could cost me thousands.

Claimed loss: Several hundred dollars so far Could be thousands. Not to mention setting me back 6 months. . A miracle I didn't have a stroke or die.

Desired outcome: 50,000$ at least

I have called patient advocate Barb 4 times left messages each time no reply..
