I had to request my medical records through the hospital's medical records department, since Orthopedic and Pain Management records were not in the patient's portal.
I received a bill for the copies. The phone number listed on the statement doesn't give an option to speak to arepresentatives, to dispute the charges.
I have not intension of paying for my records, as the patient had no other choice.

Desired outcome: Write off the charges.
