Merchant One review: First data merchant services

I opened an account with Merchant one for a Clover POS system on 11/10/2025 after a rushed and confusing call with a sales agent by the name of Yossi Raskas. I knew the day after that it was a mistake after having time to read the contract. I received the POS system opened it up to set it up and knew it was not what I wanted or needed for my business at its current stage. I called and spoke with an agent and let them know I was returning the system. I knew I had 30 days to opt out of the contract this was day four. The POS system was placed back in its packaging and sent back to the return address via fedex. 11/18/2025 the machine was sent back with the tracking number as requested. The POS was received by them 11/20/2025.
In between this time I spoke with multiple customer service agents at clover and First data merchant services/ Merchant one all who claimed to settle and close my account and who agreed that should have never been charged as I canceled the accounts in the required time. I keep getting charges to my account. each month. in December it was 71.34, January 42.80, and even this month February 20226 for 42.80. Mind you this was a 48 month lease, so I hope I don't have to keep calling and emailing for the term of this thing.
