Merchant One review: Stay away from this company for a POS System

They will say and do anything to get your business, but once you sign, they start double billing, and that "you can cancel at any time without cost" is total BS. Total lack of real disclosure. If you try to cancel, they only then tell you of a $295 fee, which they put in their termination form they want you to sign.
In addition, they double-bill you for the swipe pos that comes from Clover. Clover, without a signed contract, starts billing you. Clover then refuses to close your account without Merchant One approval to stop the billing. They will also hit your account for charges, even after you terminated their services. BIG WARNING...STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR CLOVER.
