Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville Got myself a 2021 C300 Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville on April 7

Got myself a 2021 C300 Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville on April 7. I also got some extra stuff with it. But on August 24, I sold the car to Lexus of Wesley Chapel. They told me that I could get a refund on the extra stuff. The extra stuff cost me $7,081. I sent all the papers to Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville for the refund on August 25. But they didn't say anything about it. They didn't even tell me if they needed more info. So, I called the Customer Care Department on December 3. They sent emails to everyone involved, but nothing happened. I want my refund, and I deserve it. Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville hasn't done anything to fix this problem.

Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville I had a lot of problems with this dealership

I had a lot of problems with this dealership. I went there in 2019 and asked for a quote on a car, but they didn't send me any information even after I emailed them. I think they were being sexist and didn't think I could afford the car, so I bought it somewhere else. But now I have to go back there for service because it's the closest dealership to me. I have an SUV and I always ask for a bigger loaner car, but they never have one available. My family doesn't fit in the small sedans they offer. I talked to a manager and he was really rude to me and didn't try to help me at all. I've been having problems with my keys and they won't help me or make new ones. Sometimes my son gets locked in the car and the keys don't work. Why can't they just make new keys? I contacted customer service, but they haven't done anything yet.
