I gave Harmon Motor Co
I gave Harmon Motor Co. $1,200 for a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo on 07/11. But on 07/25, the SUV broke down on the highway. When I asked if the truck had any leaks, they said no and that it was in great condition. But it broke down in just two weeks, even though I have proof of the oil replacement. I called ***'s to try and fix the issue, but they told me I had to repair it myself and keep making payments. Not happy with the situation.

I financed a *** Cadillac SRX after test driving it. I put $2,000 down and agreed to pay $300 a month for three years. However, the same day I left the dealership, the check engine light came on. I used a *** code reader and found three codes. I also went to AutoZone, where they printed out the codes for all the problems with the vehicle.
On April 18th, I went to a mechanic, but they advised me to get the vehicle inspected first. I took the vehicle to get inspected, and it failed for Readiness and other things. The inspector told me that someone had disconnected the battery for 15 minutes, which reset the monitors and codes on the vehicle. This allowed the vehicle's engine light to come on and off the dash anywhere from 100 to 300 miles, which is how it was able to pass emissions on July 27th. However, on July 26th, it failed inspection for Readiness, which is the same thing that happened with the recent inspection. The recent inspector also stated that the readiness is not set yet.
On April 19th, I went to Georgia's Clean Air Force to give them the remaining documents and fill out the complaint form for used car sales. I also filed a report with ftcc *** and state highway traffic for the check engine light. I attempted to go to the dealership on Monday, April 18th, but they were closed. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays. I went back to the dealership on Tuesday, April 19th, and informed them of what was going on. They admitted that they never personally got that vehicle inspected by the emissions.
