This website sells memorial web pages for your loved ones that are deceased. They have had problems with their server for over 7 months now. Many of us have paid money to build these sites, only to have them not working at all. I have not been able to hear background music on my son's site for 6 months or more, and they will not let you address the problem in the forum section of the site, and it is quite frustrating. There seems to be no telephone number or address to file a complaint, and when you send an email, you get the same automatic generated response that they are fixing their server problems, etc, etc, etc, but still, nothing is done. I am heartbroken, after the countless hours and days after my son died, that I cannot just cancel with them because all of he tributes people wrote for the kast 3 YEARS will be lost forever. I wish somthing could be done about this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have had a memorial site for my Granddaughter since 2005. I cannot access the site, nor contact anyone to see what has happened. Family & friends visit this site regularly, and no one can find the web page. I paid in full for a life-time web page! How can I retrieve my content on there?
I purchased a memorial website from these people in 2008. My only son. I had pictures, poems, all about his life. Haven't been able to access it for a couple of years.
I have not been able to log on to this site for quite some time. When i paid it was for a lifetime post of my husband that passed away there are pictures and posts there that are gone! how do i get my information and money back?
I paid a lifetime membership for a memorial for my mom. I’m an only child and pictures of her were posted there I don’t have. Her whole memorial is gone. My parents divorced when I was five so again I have nothing else. She’s gone and now this memorial I worked on for her and to help me is gone. How can people do this?
I have attempted to contact many times with no results. I want access so I can retrieve everything in there. Stop ignoring everyone and at least give us access to print off, save and retrieve all information from our pages.
I started this page years ago and have so many things on there. I would like to get them all off.

I set up a forever memorial page for my husband Robert Dufour in 2006. I put candles, videos, sound clips, and many many pictures and I signed in frequently to express my wishes and feelings. Now everything is gone and I would like to know why.
Why cant I get to my brothers website? What is happening? I want answers please!

I paid for lifetime service for my fathers memorial in 2005. That clearly has not been honored. We have now lost poems, photos, memories, money, etc that we were not given the opportunity to get back like many others and should at least be offered a class action lawsuit,.
Paid for this website service in 2005 and haven't been able to open it for a very long time. Can't light a candle for my father and see his photos anymore. It's very sad and disappointing that I can open this website anymore.
My mom passed in ‘96, I was 6 years old. My Aunts paid for her to have this website as a memorial to her. I would always check in and see all the prayers and words sent her way. I’m 33 now and went to check on the website and it’s gone. There were so many photos and prayers lost. I wish I had a chance to download everything over the years.
I just realized my late son's website was also removed. I'm so saddened by this. Today marks what would have been his 15th birthday and I was going on the site to light a candle for him. My mom, who is no longer with us, had written a beautiful letter to him and I can no longer get that back. I just want to cry now.
i have not been able to access my paid in full lifetime account for my grandmother ida baker for a year and i want my pictures and memories back abd my money! evil thing to do!
Trying to access the account that I had set up to memorialize my dad and I can't get on.
They stole my pictures and probably the money I had for the leukemia foundation. I need to be able to get my pictures back or be at least able to save them elsewhere.

This is disheartening to see that so many people are wondering the same thig and we can not even get in touch or in proper communication about this. How do I resolve my sons page of 2006? I'd like to know why the page says to return back and it seems like this has been the status for so long. How can I make steps to resolve my questions?
I paid for a permanent page on this site in memory of my newborn twins. I can no longer access it. I have pictures, poems and notes posted. I want to at least have a chance to retrieve all of that. There was no notice given that the site was being taken down.
This site was paid for a lifetime and is no longer operating. I would at least like copies of the bio, all written comments and the pictures. Please advise on how to to retrieve this information.

She was murdered on 2003. There are articles about the Murder, the Trial, and the sentence, Condolences from family and friends. Lots of pictures of Lori and family and friends.

My sons site is gone as well..I paid for a lifetime membership back in 2005 when he and two friends died in a fire..I have also sponsored 2 other lifetime memberships for other children..I also have been paying for a separate domain address that forwards to his memory-of site to make it easy for his friends to go to his page and share stories and photos, since they were young and grieving, and this was a great outlet for them for healing...now it's gone? I also started my daughters memorial page back in 2005 paid the lifetime commitment and cannot get a response from them I can’t find a phone number and my message through the page will not be sent I just found them on Facebook and I sent a message let’s see what happens there best service is appalling at best and I agree they are feeding off of the grieving and making big money
Ours to I paid for what was supposed to be a lifetime payment now have lost everything that was on the site disgusting way to treat customers and take advantage of their grief. All I have been getting for months is sorry check again in a few days.
I have also lost all memory's on this site and also paid for lifetime. All I want is to be able to get all the phots and notes from everyone that left something there. My granddaughter's memory's mean everything to me. Could we please get some help with this? Contact information or anything. I will gladly pay to get everything off this memorial for my Kinsley.
I can never leave flowers when I want to. The website is always down. Repulsive the owners of the website don't fix the issue once and for all. Im am going to hire a lawyer to get back the money I paid plus pain and suffering and everyone else that paid will get refunded to I hope. DISTURBING they let this go on. This is our deceased loved ones.
The memorial site I made for my son is gone. I paid 100$ lifetime fee. All pictures, memorial posts, everything is gone. 13 years of memories on there. Something needs to be done. I'm devastated.

I agree! My son's website has been up since 2009. I paid monthly for awhile and then a family member paid for 6 months. When that ran out two of my son's best friends paid the lifetime payment. This is the second time that I am aware of that it has been shut off for no apparent reason. You can never get a response from them and people are calling and asking me what happened to the website. It is so very frustrating!
I cannot access my Mom's account either and they keep taking money out of my credit card and I want the site. I could not even wish Mom a happy birthday or mother's day and when I call no one answers...maybe we should go to the better business bureau ...we need to do something. We are already hurting and this only preys on people's sorrow. This is awful!
Same thing has happened to me. I'm being debited the 4.95 a month for a memorial site that is inactive! Today is my son's birthday and it would have been nice to leave him messages ;( Same response for me too when I emailed them...NOTHING!
Background music, and other audio/visual issues that user are experiencing on the site are a result of legal copyright issues.
Unfortunately, the music industry doesn't allow illegal distribution and streaming of copyright material on websites, and some artists and recording studios demand the removal of their material. Also, using Windows media player in Internet explorer will auotmaticaly block unlicensed audio files.
this has nothing to do with the site, and the solution is merely to upload uncopyrighted or licensed material.
I have paid the "forever" fee of $99.00 twice now and many months of $4.95 fee and they "expired" my son's page. I have sent countless emails to them and get same reply that someone will contact me in 48 hours, so far it has been over a year.
