So many memories tributes and photos were added to this site. And now we can't even access it. It isn't about them money that was paid. Is about the memories. People who put their trust in this site are all vulnerable due to the loss they have suffered. Its a disgrace that we now can't access our photos and tributes and also a disgrace that it appears no one can help us.

I have written to the NY Attorney General's Office and have suggested a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this "CAYMAN ISLAND" Company. I filed MY complaint — hopefully, will bring us all some knowledge.

Thank God, I still had my email receipt from 2013. HA!

That should stir up some "bee hives" for sure.

Now the NYAG and/or FBI can track my $. HA!

I would really like the site put back on line long enough for me to copy all of the old photos and the condolences posted. There is a lot of family history that I would love to get back.

I paid for a life-long perpetual site to remember my Mom by. I have used the site for the past 15 years and was very satisfied until it suddenly disappeared. I don't know how to contact the owners of the site or anyone else that took care of the site.

I had a time line of family history, many photos that cannot be replaced because the originals were lost in a break-in at my house. They were destroyed.

My little brother, Joshua Lance Landry, passed away in 2007 at the age of 20. Myself being the "new" age of social media, I made the mistake of having his social pages taken down in the aftermath of his death. Creating this memorial page was the way we had to celebrate him, include photos, songs, poems, and other ways to remember him. I am devastated the page is gone without warning. I would've understood if they were going out of business, had they given us the opportunity to save these precious memories. I hope that the owners see these complaints and give us the opportunity to do just that.

l started a website when my late father died in 2007 and over the years l added photos and messages and lit candles on birthdays etc, l felt close to my father which helped, l was broken hearted to find it had all been for nothing and felt l had let my father down.

l tried to contact the owners but each time it came up and still does Temporary unavailable, this has had an impact on me and my family mentally.

l would like to be able to have all the contents l added back since some l have no longer got since was lent to me to add, l would be most grateful if l can somehow get my info back or to be able to copy and paste what l have on, each message was a special one and priceless, some are messages from people no longer with us .

My father passed away in 2008 when I was 5 years old. The pictures and memories of him on this site is all I had of him as his ashes were spread. My mom created the memorial page for him so I have something to remember and be able to look back on. Now I have nothing and I'm heart broken. This was his "tombstone" that people could look back and remember their time with him. All my life I used it kind of a "text line" that I could send one way texts. I am just really upset that its all gone.

Ingrid winders passed in 2005. I found this website for me, her friends and for our mother to help with the grieving process. The one and only voice recording we had of her was on this website. I am beyond sick with grief to not be able to save the recording or the tributes/stories about my sister. You people who stole our money and caused further harm to all of us who are grieving the loss of a loved one; I pray you rot in hell and have a miserable life left on this earth. How dare you take what is precious and irreplaceable away from us!

In 2006 my son passed soon after I found the site memory of. I created the page and sonn after bought the lifetime page. Now I found out that it no longer exists. How deplorable, if not giving us a refund how about putting it I can download the pictures. If I knew this was going to happen I would have gone to a more reliable site like facebook. Some of my relatives created a facebook that they can edit and provide content. I lost my precious son in 2006, now twice I have lost him. I believe in KARMA, memory-of.

I'm sincerely heartbroken. My son died when he was eight-years-old and I saved a song that was written by him and recorded, a song that was written and recorded for him, a poem he wrote that was copywritten, his timeline of events, many, many photos, etc... all of which I do not have saved anywhere else. I can't even imagine making a decision to take memories from people who are bereaved. I work in the deathcare industry and this is seriously the most disappointing treatment of human grief I have ever witnessed.

And although this is not at all about the money, why did so many of us pay a lifetime fee when it wasn't lifetime?

Tal Hart the administrator is failing to restore the web site Memory-of.com, I have contacted him on FB and all I get is a lot of Hot Air about when the site will be restored! At what point will a postive outcome be achived ? You ( Tal Hart ) have been comming up with excuses for over a year blaming everyone and everything for the problem, this is your PROBLEM SO FIXIT !

I get an error message telling me it is unavailable and to try again in a few days?

I am sad to see that they just left all of us feeling even worse about dedicating so much time and thought, tears through it all. My son was young when we together prepared the site and he is ready to move forward as the site for us we were writing to have memories to share with the grandchildren. Now we have nothing... :(

I paid for a lifetime memorial site for my father, who passed suddenly in 2005. The site is no longer accessible, and all of our pictures and memories are gone. The owners of this site stole money from bereaved families and didn’t fulfill their promise. They also did not contact any of us, or forewarn us so that we could save our content. Now, everything that was ever posted there is completely lost.

My son's memorial website on Memory-of.com (Tyson Ward) was supposed to last a lifetime. I paid for it. I uploaded every single picture I had of him. Now, the site is down and I cannot see my precious child. I cannot find his actual photos anywhere. This is devastating for me and I am beyond sad about this. Please fix this and let me see my boy. If anything, let me have my pictures back.

I paid for a lifetime to have the website page at kirkalford.memory-of.com I had photos, tributes, and memorials from family and friends there since 2007. I was already having trouble signing in on the page to make any edits, and now the site is still down in June 2022. It also says the site is not secure, and I noticed a lot of comments on the page before with a foreign language posted. This page means so much to Kirk's family and friends and would love to at least be able to gain access to copy the information.

I am Brandon's grandmother Duetta Merritt, and Mother and Father Lisa Frye Merritt and Ricky Merritt He was born on April 6, 1990, and died May 26, 2007, was set up by Amber but we paid it up for a lifetime so what has happened to it!

He also had a sister Kaitlyn Merritt. Why are you misleading people and taking their money! He has deceased grandparents Everitt Frye and Rose Hunley Frye Buried at Memorial Gardens!
