I am writing this as a final attempt to receive a resolution regarding my account issue that I have been trying to solve for the past 9 days without success. Despite submitting all required documents multiple times, including:

My valid National ID (NID) showing my real name “Md Morshed”

A video and PDF bank statement with relevant transactions

Selfie with my NID and evidence of account ownership

My verified email address (hcnbxxb@gmail.com) and phone number (+[protected])

I have not received any meaningful update. Most departments (including the security team and license authority) replied once, then ignored further communication. This treatment is deeply unfair and unprofessional.

I kindly demand a final resolution and expect either:

1. Verification of my identity and correction of my account details

2. Or a clear and written explanation for why I am being denied access to my funds

I will be forced to escalate this matter further through public consumer protection platforms, social media, and legal counsel if I do not receive a resolution within 48 hours. Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

I sincerely hope you’ll be able to obtain them promptly and send them to the Security Department to complete the verification process.

You need to provide us with screenshots confirming your deposits made through the Nagad payment system.
The screenshots must clearly show the account number 01726224612, the account holder’s personal information, and the transaction history.

Please let me know once you’ve sent the requested screenshots to the Security Department’s email.

Dear Melbet Team,

I am writing in response to your recent request regarding the Nagad payment number [protected].

This number was used for a one-time deposit on 15-03-2025, and it is not my verified or regular payment number. As you may know, the Nagad mobile app only allows users to view transaction history for the past 30 days. Since the transaction was made more than one month ago, I am unable to retrieve the screenshot or statement from the app or from any user-accessible method.

This is causing unnecessary stress, as I have already provided all required documents multiple times, including:

My official NID (both sides)

Screenshots and video proof of the verified number ([protected])

All additional KYC and identity verification documents

Unfortunately, there is no alternative verification method available. You need to provide evidence showing who made the deposit to the gaming account from the card ending in **4612. This can be a screenshot or a bank statement, but it must clearly display the bank account number, the account holder’s name, and the transaction details related to the deposit. The Security Department needs to see this information to proceed.
