I opened an account in melbet.

I played and lost some funds ( about $200). There were no issue while i was loosing. After that i made deposit of amount $100 and made $380, the time it asked certain documents and i provided successfully. After that, they directly messaged me that my account has been blocked by their terms. Lol. It's not a big deal but people be aware about melbet and 1xbet. They alaways act like beggar and all of their customer service advisor don't have minimum education also.
Desired outcome: I don't believe that they will pay or they able to pay my $380 as they are beggar.

Melbet is big scammer. They blocked My ID with 11000+ BDT..After Giving all proper documents.
Security team of melbet.this email team didn’t reply my mail anymore.
I Emailed them more than 15 times. 2 months gone but no response.
I want to complain Casino licence Authority. I want to inform them about theri cheating. Please give me any contact details of them
