I deposited money into my Melbet account using my brother’s personal bKash number, with his full consent. I did not use anyone else’s Melbet account, and no one else accessed mine. The account belongs only to me, and all activities were done by me personally.
However, Melbet’s Security Department blocked my money and claimed that I violated their policy just because I used my brother’s bKash number. This is extremely unfair. Many people use family members' payment methods in countries like ours, especially when we don’t have our own mobile banking account.
I tried to explain this to them and even offered to verify everything, but they refused to cooperate. Eventually, they said they won’t return my money – without any proper proof that I violated their rules.
This is not acceptable. I feel cheated and strongly advise others to stay away from Melbet. They can block your funds anytime and won’t help, even if you're innocent.
Recommendation: ⚠️ I strongly warn others not to trust Melbet. They can block your money without evidence and refuse to return it. This is not just unprofessional, it's borderline theft.
