Meineke Car Care Center review: Poor service

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Meineke Car Care Centers at 100 Peachtree Road, Nicholasville, KY, for service on October 25, 2025.

I was quoted 45 minutes for a mount and balance of four tires, yet the service took over three hours with no communication or explanation. One tire was installed incorrectly, requiring remounting and rebalancing. I was quoted $99 for TPMS, but the final charge for TPMS alone was $229.

When I attempted to address these issues with the manager, they were dismissive and unprofessional. This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect the advertised values of honesty, transparency, and customer care.

I am requesting that this matter be reviewed by regional or corporate management and that I be contacted directly regarding corrective action. This experience caused significant disruption, and I hope Meineke takes the necessary steps to prevent this at other locations.
