I have been on Mega Personals for a long time with no problems and now I have a new account I want to use I log in no problem and then it’s let’s verify your of age which I am give them the proper pics of state I.d and so on then it goes to next tab of waiting to verify so I wait now it’s been 9 days still on the same page loading I contacted age smart thru email and was informed I am verified why is that page still loading I can’t get passed that page

Desired outcome: I would like this resolved as soon as possible
