I was at medicross parow today for a follow up on my IOD matter. Everything went well until the doctor handed my file to a very rude and incompetent staff member. A Mr Robert Fortuin, that is what Deidre said his name was. The doctor explained to him very politely in front of me that he had to hand me a copy of the follow up report and then the doctor moved on to the next patient. This incompetent Mr fortuin turned around and spoke to another staff member and requested to take Thursday morning off as he had something he had to do outside of work. The staff member agreed to cover for him. Robert Fortuin then started moving patient files around throwing them down on a desk in the back office. He then left the area glaring at me as if he had a issue or a problem with me. He stayed away for approximately 15minutes then returned. He moved files around again and once again glaring at me asked what's my problem. I said I'm waiting for the copy of my follow up report. His reply was I don't know you, I don't know what you are talking about. I told him I was standing in front of the counter while the doctor was telling him to give me the copy. Very rudely he told me that never happend and walked away. He then called Deidre to ask me what my problem was.

Fortunetly she clicked immediately when I mentioned copy of. I don't understand how medicross can allow such rude and incompetent staff to work with their patients/ customers. The stare/ glare he gives a person is almost as if he has hatred in his eyes. This person should not be allowed to work with public. If and when I have to go for my next checkup I will be making a scene if I see him again
