! I went to Mears Mazda Volvo and they tried to sell me a lemon! The car broke down on me after only a week! They promised me they would fix it, but they never did! They just took my money and ran! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! They are a bunch of crooks! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Mears Mazda Volvo is a bad place to go. They lied to me and the employees were rude and unprofessional. The management was shady too.

I got a car from Mears Mazda Volvo and they brought it to me with ***. The next day, I checked it out and saw some damage (it came late in the day). I sent pictures to the dealership, but they and the delivery company are both saying it's not their fault. Someone needs to take responsibility for this.

This place gave me a car with bad tires and alignment. I told them about it, but they never got back to me. They knew about the problem and didn't do anything. They're fake. They were supposed to mail me my title by today, but they didn't. I called them yesterday and they said to call the Texas DMV. I did, and they said the paperwork was rejected because MEARS MAZDA VOLVO didn't pay correctly. I called this morning and the lady in charge of titles was really rude and hung up on me. She's so unprofessional. If I had seen these complaints before, I wouldn't have bought from them. They're terrible. They don't know what they're doing. This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car!

This dealership is not good. They sold my wife a car she didn't want and rushed her through the paperwork. When she tried to cancel the deal, they said they couldn't. I got involved and they said the only way to get her old car back was to buy it back. Now she owes $5,100 for a car she already paid off. This dealership is not honest and took advantage of my wife. I don't recommend them and will tell everyone about their shady deal.

I bought a car from Mears Mazda Volvo on 2/27 and they said they would deliver the paperwork to my house. The driver came without calling first and I signed a bunch of papers. They said they would send me copies of everything, but I still haven't gotten them. I sent them a check on 3/2 and asked for the paperwork many times, but still nothing. I got the title and bill of sale a while ago, but my name was spelled wrong. I want all the paperwork from February sent to me overnight and with my name spelled right.

I was gonna buy a car at Mears Mazda Volvo. We agreed on a price and all that jazz. Then the sales dude asked me to fill out a credit app. So I did. They checked my credit and then the sales guy finally told me that the car had been used as a loaner and it would be hard to sell. Then he stopped answering my calls. I called the sales manager and he said he'd sell me the car for $3000 more than we agreed on. He said since I filled out the credit app, they could do whatever they wanted with my credit. That's messed up. They baited me and switched me. Don't do business with these guys.

I drove a car on 5/13/22 and they said it wasn't serviced yet. While driving, I noticed the AC was going in and out and told the rep. I went in on 5/14/22 and signed papers, scheduled to take the car in on 5/16/22 because the svc dept isn't open on weekends. The car wouldn't start on Sunday 5/15/22. On Monday 5/16/22, the Svc dept came and jumped the car to take it in through the svc dept. They said it was a blower motor and they were ordering one. They called me on Thursday 5/19/22 and told me it was ready. I went and picked it up. Friday morning 5/20/22, the car was dead again. This time they sent a tow truck to pick it up. They said it was the HVAC module. The car was ready on 5/25/22. They delivered my car to me on 5/25/22. On 6/21/22, Mears picked up the car again, it wouldn't start, and this time they sent it to Scoggin Dickey Dodge in Levelland. They said it was an HVAC control module. They had it for about a week. Then, the week of 7/25/22, the AC started acting up again, and this time had a check engine light. My wife spoke with *** at Mears on Saturday 7/30/22, he said that if this had to do with the original issue that it was in for that Mears would be taking care of it, then he said that we may have to chalk it up to just getting a bad car. I took the car back to Scoggin Dickey Levelland on 8/1/22 and as of 8/11/22, Mears told them they are not spending any money on any repairs for that car, this includes the initial repairs. That leaves me stuck with a $30K investment that has not worked properly in the almost 3 months that I have had it. They were also supposed to have removed a dent on the hood and never did that either.
