They say they got the best deals in town, but that's just a bunch of bull. I went there looking for a car and they tried to sell me a lemon. The thing broke down on me the next day! And when I tried to get my money back, they wouldn't even answer my calls. Don't waste your time or money here. Go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.

I bought a car from Rt 33 Motors, LLC with low miles, but it broke down after only 300 miles. I was in a different state for work and had to rent a car to get home. I tried to contact them for help but never heard back. It took 40 days to return the car because they didn't have the title. When I asked for them to pay for the repairs, they laughed at me and said they wouldn't have authorized it anyway. But without the repair, I couldn't have even returned the car to them.

Watch out! The cars at Rt 33 Motors, LLC run okay enough to get you off the lot, but then you're in trouble! They also sell a Secure One warranty that's a joke. I bought a 2011 BMW for $8800 and drove it less than 1500 miles before the engine started making all kinds of noise. I had to pull over and have it towed from two hours away to a certified BMW mechanic. It's been in the shop for over a month now, waiting for the warranty company to give the okay. The mechanic said it was about to put a rod through the block, but the warranty won't pay to fix it. Instead, they want me to pay the shop to try and figure out why it failed and if it was my fault. Come on, $8800 for 1500 miles and it's my fault? Stay away from this dealership and the Secure One warranty, they're both a joke!

Went to Rt 33 Motors to peep at a 2008 Jeep for our kid who saved up his own cash for it. They said it was in good shape for its age and a good first car. But, the Jeep started leaking oil just a few weeks later and it's only gotten worse. We had to cough up over $3K to fix all the issues. We feel like we got played by this dealership. Everyone was super nice and seemed honest when we were there to buy the Jeep. Can't believe they sold us something in this condition, especially knowing a 16 year old was buying it and couldn't afford repairs.

I wouldn't give any stars if I could! BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING HERE! This is gonna be a long post but I just wanna warn anyone who wants to buy here. We found a car for our son and drove over an hour to shop there. We found an equinox he liked so we bought it. We shouldn't have bought it! When you have to sign a "SOLD AS IS" paper, you know you're getting a piece of crap. He drove less than 8 miles and the muffler blew out and it was leaking oil. We called the owner who is impossible to reach and he said he would "make things right". We drove it back over and dropped it off. They said they were waiting on parts. 2 weeks later they said it was fixed and ready but it was still leaking oil. They changed the oil pan and didn't fix the reason it was leaking. They said it was just residual oil but it wasn't. They fixed it after 2 more weeks. The owner tried to charge me more than what he told my husband it was going to cost. A week later, my son was driving and it totally locked up on him and stopped running completely while he was on the highway. We had to tow it back to our house and the engine is blown. I will never do business with this place again and urge everyone not to buy here! BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING HERE! NOTHING HERE IS WORTH A DOLLAR!

Bought car from Rt 33 Motors, LLC. Got financing, but car not working now. Found out it's a salvage title, didn't know before.

Bought a 2007 Ford Ranger level 2 from Rt 33 Motors, LLC and it's got a lot of rust on it. The bed's almost 1/4 gone, but the lining was hiding it.

I bought a Hyundai Elantra Touring from Rt 33 Motors, LLC. They said the car was fine and no check engine lights, even in text. But when I picked it up and test drove it, the battery was dead. The next day, the check engine light came on. I called and texted the dealership, but they hung up on me and didn't help. I put the car in the shop on Friday and the bill was a lot. I haven't had the car for even a month. I finally talked to the owner today and he said he wouldn't help me because I put it in another shop. He said he would look at it if it wasn't in the shop already, but I think they should pay the $*** bill. I paid $*** for the car and they said they fixed everything, but they disconnected the battery to reset the check engine light. That's why it didn't show up until the day after I got it.
