Brought in our own pots to be filled with certain flowers, paid $105.00 EACH and a certain salesperson stated that she would do it. When we received the pots, we were told that another person had to do them. Not all the flowers were the ones we ordered. Then 3 weeks later, most of the flowers had died.!

I bought 32 blue Spruce from McCammons for $2,000 and they were supposed to plant them. They put them in the wrong spot even though the owner came out before to check. It took them 2 months to come back and move them. Then they started dying slowly. I talked to *** and he said he would replace them but it would be the following Spring. I called multiple times and he said he was still working on it. Then covid happened. I went in last Sunday to show him that his guys planted every tree with a nursery bad still around it and the bag says REMOVE BEFORE PLANTING. He was out but we talked to a manager she said she would talk to him and call us the next day. I said what do you think he will do about it. She said the same thing he has been doing which is nothing. Sure enough the next day she called and said *** said he isn't doing anything about it because you are out of warranty. It's out of warranty because of him. They died because they were planted in a thick nursery bag that should have been removed and the roots had no where to go. He told me after that crew planted my trees he fired all of them. Because I purchase from him, planted by him, bags still on is what made them die, he should be 100% responsible. I want a full refund so I can take my business elsewhere.

I bought two trees from McCammon's Irish Market on 5/12/22 and paid extra for them to be planted by the company. They were supposed to be delivered and planted on 5/17 or 5/18, but they didn't show up until 5/21. Two guys came with the trees, even though we were told delivery was free. When we asked about the size of the holes, the lead guy said they would be about 3-4 inches bigger than the root balls. But we read online and knew from past experience that the holes should be at least twice the diameter of the root balls. We asked them to dig bigger holes, and that's when things got heated. The lead guy and my husband got into an argument, and the installer used some bad language and gestures before storming off without planting the trees. We went to talk to the owner about what happened, and he said they follow *** guidelines, which do say the holes should be twice the diameter of the root balls. He also told us to leave and threatened to call the police. We asked for a refund for the installation, and he said he would mail it. But it's now 5/27, and we haven't received any refund or mail. I think I should get a full refund of $220.50 for the planting and installation charges, minus the senior discount.
