Global Eco Energy Group unethical behaviour

On July 29, 2018, Breathe Pure Air Inc. completed cleaning and inspection of our heating system. Based on results, Mr. Holditch recommended Global Eco Energy to replace our old AC unit. He also stated that the company will replace the AC unit within 24 hours, provide us with an excellent customer service for 10 years, and balance the system.

Global Eco was really quick in securing the business. The agent called us back within 20 minutes to schedule the work for the following day. The workers came on July 30, 2018. First of many obstacles was the language barrier but it was not the biggest challenge. When they were replacing the units, instead of caring them they were dragging them on the kitchen floor and deck. They also hit the kitchen wall leaving the scratch on it with a comment that it is ok. Leveling a new unit was another problem. The installer got mad when we (using hands and gestures) explained he would need to balance the new unit. The result of their frustration was a mess they left behind (we had to collect pieces of medal and tape, old screws, bolts, dust). It should be noted that they did not balance the airflow. All they did it was to have turned the unit on and off to prove it is working. After they had left, we checked the furnace if it works and it did not. We called Mr. Holditch who said it was working a day before. It was the second time I spoke to Mr. Nazary-first time he confirmed the time his crew will arrive, this time I explained that the crew disconnected our furnace. He explained it is a very common thing to happen. That the trigger wire must be disconnected during the AC installation. He said he would be sending Mr. Holditch over to fix it.It should be noted we waited for over 2 hours and nobody came over. I called Mr. Nazar again. He was also surprised not ale to explain where his teams actually are. The whole afternoon I was cleaning the mess after the crew, painting the kitchen wall and communicating with Mr. Nazar back and forth until Mr. Holditch called to confirm that he is on his way and will be with us shortly. It never happened. After many phone calls with Mr. Nazar, you can imagine my great disappointment when at around 7 pm the same crew wwho had installed the AC unit came in and tried to fix the furnace. He spend almost an hour trying this and that, calling someone (speaking Chinese) and finally saying ok. When he left I called Mr. Nazary providing him a formal verbal compliant. He asked me to take a picture of missing insulation, pealing taping, and other issues. I did. He promised to contact me on August 1, 2018. I never heard from him. I called him on August 2, 2018 and he stated he would be meeting with the owner to discuss my case. After so many red flags, I still trusted him. He had never answered my call nor had responded to my emails until my 10 day grace period to cancel the contact expired. Only then he answered the phone and explained he was sick and somebody from the office should have contacted me. He also promised to allow him 3 hours and he would call me back. When he did not call, I tried to get hold of him and only then I learned he blocked my number. I send him an email and have not received the response ever since.

Now I am trapped with Global Eco Energy for 10 years-my AC unit does not have proper insulation, the air flow is not balance and there is nobody from the company to communicate with. Eco Global Energy is fast when it comes to securing the contact, having people pay double price of the AC unit and provide customers with false expectations until the clients are trapped in the unwanted contract.

I am expecting the immediate response and action in my case.

Global Eco Energy Group door to door selling. a/c, furnace

Global Eco Energy is a company that draws money out of people.
An agent who walks from door to door offering supposedly good prices and services when setting up an air conditioner or a heating furnace, but this is a Lie.
When talking with the agent, there is talk about the loan, the amount of the payment is indicated without taxes, and he did not mention that it was a rental, it is stipulated that this is a final amount. But this is not true. If you live in Manitoba, then you are offered to register through Manitoba Hydro. As it turned out later that is also a Lie,
We decided to BUY the furnace, but they sent us to another company, Home Trust, which billed us three times more expensive than the furnaces cost with the installation. However when we contacted Home Trust, they said that they do not have anything to do with us, and go solve all the issues with Global Eco. At that moment we turned to a lawyer.
If someone that has the same cases with this company, please write and we will decide what to do together

Hi, I went to Consumer Protection Office here in Winnipeg . My lawyer recommended to go to CPO . Now it's over 2 month and they still can'treceive some information from Global Eco Energy, my agent said we need to wait. I hope it's take less time because every month I still pay my bill.

Global Eco Energy Group door to door selling. a/c, furnace

Ontario should bill the legislation to ban door to door selling . The Global ECO energy group take advantage of me because I am not fluent English . They said they are represent enbridge and enbridge let them come here do inspection . I did not doubt because I am new to Canada . They said I am qualified government rebate and can update my AC for free and promises no additional later on . I got confirmation call, I don't fully understand and the employee ask me to say yes and if have question I can ask him later .
I didn't know I be cheated, I even don't know that is a 10 years rental agreement . I have to pay 239 plus tax per month for high efficiency use of furnace . But hydro plus gas bill total much less than this much . What is this efficiency mean!?
I have no choice I have to let everyone knows and be aware of them, hope I am the last one be cheated from them .
I have to take a legal action to seeking way get out of the contract .

Global Eco Energy Group furnace/bad diagnosis

Beware of Global Eco Energy Group who installs furnaces promising a lifetime warranty; but fails to correct their own faulty wiring, their work on their own furnace. Thanks Goodness for a second opinion from a certified Electrical technician who confirmed Global Eco's terrible work with the intent to sell me (the customer) a new air conditioner which was not needed. During Installation of the furnace there were mis-wiring and loose wiring on the terminal.

Bad customer service and lying. Would never use them or recommend.

It is a terrible company, terrible workers. They pretend you dont need to pay anything first then charge you later. I will start a legal action against this company. Also be aware of eco life home comfort. one of the relailer said they are the same company. They are doing the same things! All the customers should gather together to against this kind of company. And protect more people, prevent them suffer the fraud and misrepresentation. I am an international student, and i feel so upset what they did to me. Long story, but hope everybody will not be cheated.
