On January10,2022 I placed an order with mbenzgram (order #[protected]) for a Takeda Intake system which totaled $356.65. I was never told at the time of my order that the product was not in stock!

At the time I place the order I was given an expected delivery date of 7February2022. When this date came and went without me receiving my product, I contacted their customer service team and was told it was on back order and that I could expect delivery 22February2022. This date also came and went and I was subsequently told it would ship to me on 3March2022 When this date also passed I reached out to mbenzgram and requested a refund which they promptly told me they would and it would take 3 to 5 business days to process and credit my credit card.

It is now 30March2022 and I have not received a refund. After repeated emails to them and being told someone will contact from their accounting dept; I have not heard anything from them. I tried calling several times and after navigating their automated phone answering system no one comes on the line; I was on hold one time for a half an hour.

At this point I am extremely frustrated and do not know what to do.

Same issue with me. Gave me a runaround eve time I called. Any planning to sue these [censored]ers I’m so fed up!

Over 2 months waiting for a pair of MBRP mufflers.

Ordered 2 mufflers on 2/25/22. There website not stating any extended time to ship the order. Emailed them once in March, once in April and once in May, each time them giving an excuse why they hadn't shipped yet. The last time I emailed them was May 4th, They replied my order would ship that week. 1 hour later emailed me again saying that there was a communication error and they were still on special order. I promptly cancelled the order. Many other online companies had these parts in stock during this time but this place was the best price by far. Don't be lured in by their pricing, they cannot produce the product! Don't know what their game is but I'm not the only one to get stung by them.

Wanted to share a negative experience I had with a company called MBenzGram

I ordered a Borla exhaust for one of my cars.

They led me to believe that it was in stock, waited until I had to send a request for shipping info to tell me the order that I placed on February 27 will not arrive until April 8……then after I cancelled my order on April 21.

14 days and have still not credited my credit card. I just filed a complaint with MasterCard.

I recently placed an order last month and I cancelled the order on the 19th of April because they never told me there was a nationwide backorder until I contacted them about my order. They told me it will take 7-10 business days to refund me my money and it has been a total of 14 business days. Every time i reach out to the via email its always "someone at accounting will check on your refund and contact you shortly''. No one ever contacts me until I email them and the last 2 emails they haven't replied. I also was just on the phone with someone there and they said they will check with accounting. So i was waiting on the phone for a little while and i got hung up on. These people are some scammers.

I got my refund with in 4 days. I don’t know whats going on with other, not getting there refund back. I thought I was gona get scammed after seeing so many complaining on here. But I didn’t.

I placed and order with this company on February 28th 2022 and everything seemed pretty legit with e-mail confirmations and order numbers and such. Yet I also paid for express 2 day shipping which my product never arrived. I waited until March 17th 2022 and wouldn't you know still no product. In this time span I sent multiple emails stating that I had paid for my product and express shipping, the money have come out of my account as of March 4th 2022. The only answers I were given were we haven't received a tracking number from the shipping department yet...funny after so many days with an express shipping order and as much stuff is shipped daily that you the company haven't received a tracking number to give to me the customer. On the 17th of March I canceled the order with an agent on the phone and received a cancelation email immediately and everything stating that I would be refunded with 7-10 days which I waited and received any of my money. Currently I have been fighting with them on the phone all day giving me the run around and disconnecting phone calls to get out of refunding me my money as well as saying that only accounting which has no supervisors can do that but I also can't speak with them. Everytime you call you wait 45 minute you speak with anyone! So far I have spoken to John, Raul, Beatrice, Alex, Supervisor: Crystal. I was informed that by end of business today I would recieve and email confirmation as well as my refund which they operate on Eastern Standard Time that would be 5pm and that never happened either.

Same story here. Took my money, no refund given, and blamed my bank for my money not being received. I should have done more research on these idiots before handing them $1500. My banks fraud department has started looking into this and I also filed a complaint with the FTC. I know the FTC can't help with individual complaints, but I'm just trying to put MBenzgram's name out there.
