Maya Bath is dope! They got great service and they're quick to respond. They shipped my steam shower right away, but it got held up a bit cuz of the weather. But it's all good cuz it's been up and running for a month now and it's working like a charm.

Got our steam shower from Maya Bath like 3 weeks ago and it's dope! The quality is top-notch and the way it's made is impressive. They're quick to answer any questions you got too. I'd totally recommend these guys and if we ever need another one, we'll def come back to them.

I got the Maya Bath platinum series and I gotta say, I'm stoked with the tub! It's everything I could've hoped for. The shower is amazing with lots of different options for hands and stuff. Plus, the steam shower and Jacuzzi are top-notch. It's the perfect way to relax after a long day and it's also super invigorating to start the day with. The rep, ***, was super helpful and so was their tech-support when I had questions. I'd totally do it all over again! Now I have my dream shower!

Maya Bath is a good tub company
Maya Bath is a good tub company. I got a tub from them for my new addition. But when I tried to put it together, I found out that some parts were missing. I tried to email the company to let them know, but every time I tried to send the email, it erased what I wrote. It was weird.

I bought a steamshower whirlpool bath from Maya Bath last year. But, the shower enclosure panel was made wrong. I called and emailed them many times, but they kept saying it was installed wrong. They sent me installation videos, but it didn't help. I even paid my contractor to fix it, but it didn't work. It's been 6 months and I still don't have a working bathroom. This is causing me insurance problems and I have to refinance my home, which is costing me more money because of interest rate hikes. They said they might be able to get a new panel, but it would take weeks to ship. This is ridiculous because the unit has a lifetime warranty. I want my money back or compensation. Thanks.
