Maya Bath review: Expensive replacement parts

The steam shower came with the house. The remote did not work and upon contacting customer service, I was told that the remote cost $90.00 and so did the replacement mirror. The mirror was damaged from the moisture, which should not be the case. Plus, it fogs up and is unusable as a mirror. Secondly, I tried to order light covers a second time and was told that they were no longer stocked. For such an expensive item, you would think light covers would always be available.

The replacement part costs are a ripoff.
