Maxis Communicationsmaxis fiber, termination of contract

Before i sign up Maxis fiber Package, the sales rep. saying that can use back my existing tel no. then only i sign up contract. But when the installer come to install then told me that can not use back the existing number. Then i immediate go to Maxis Centre request to cancel the contract. Maxis said that i have to pay RM500 for termination of contract. After this i had keep calling customer service complaint and customer service also said that this matter have been solved. But Maxis keep charging me monthly fees.
