Maui Tickets for Less was a big disappointment. We were a group of 11 tourists who wanted to book a snorkeling trip, but they made us feel embarrassed. Nate, who was in charge, was very rude to us. Nate said we could attend a sales pitch and they would get us on the boat trip without any obligation to buy anything. Later, we found out that there was an income limit to qualify for the presentation (it was in fine print on the email confirmation, but they never mentioned it in person). After we paid for the trip and attended the presentation, they asked us a few questions and then made us all sit together. Before they started, they asked us to stand up and asked if we made less than $60,000 between the two of us in front of everyone. We said yes, and they told us we had to leave and we couldn't go on the snorkeling trip. They gave us a number to call Nate (who was a horrible person) to get our money back. We called and asked if we could go on the trip and pay full price, but he said no. He blamed us for trying to trick them into thinking we could afford to buy what they were selling.
