Due to the poor or non-existent customer service, I have decided to transfer my home mortgage to a different bank. Mashreq attracts new clients with competitive interest rates, but once they have a customer, they show no concern for them at all.

In their Home Loan department, there is no phone communication; everything is done via emails, which are not responded to for weeks.

Please think twice and check other banks' offers before deciding to go with Mashreq. It will cost you a lot of wasted time and frustration.

You've made the right call moving your mortgage. When a bank can't even respond to basic communications, they're not worth your business. Always go where your time and money are respected. Research thoroughly and find a bank that actually values its customers. Don't stick around for poor service, no matter how good the rates seem initially. Stay sharp and keep your standards high.
